The real magic is letting John guide us, a brilliant colleague who expertly and passionately guided us through sensational food and wine pairings. The ingredients on the menu are impeccable, and we personally tasted almost everything and were thrilled. The selection of wines by the glass is vast, ideal for those who, like us, love to experiment and experiment with new pairings under the guidance of an expert. Our only piece of advice: book early, because they sell out quickly. But even a glass at the bar is worth the trip; the wait is also worth a chat while standing!

The staff is very knowledgeable and can satisfy any craving. You can taste typical local prosciutto and parmigiano. The music is also good; I recommend it.

We went there for dinner the last two nights, the waiter was great with the wine recommendations. We ate and drank a lot and very well. The cold cuts are from local artisans and are very well chosen. The cheeses are also delicious and varied. Perfect for dinner and a drink! We'll put it on our maps for other times we land in Parma! 🤤

Posto caratteristico, lo stile è bacaro Veneto, ottimi vini e taglieri misti veramente di qualità. Era la serata del 25 aprile e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo per l'atmosfera gioiosa, l'allegria e lo spirito da vera osteria. Il personale è fantastico, gentilissimi e disponibili.
