Overall we ate well. However, we would have liked to try the white truffle but when ordering we were informed that it was not available despite both the menu displayed outside the restaurant (on the pedestal that allows you to consult the dishes before entering) and the menu brought to the table with the dishes with the white truffles were present and no one warned us that they were not available until the moment of ordering. I believe that if a restaurant in Alba does not have white truffles (displayed on the menu) it should warn a customer in advance who is most likely sitting at one of its tables to try it.

Visited during a trip to the Langhe between Christmas and New Year. Well-kept and quiet place in the historic center of Alba. Really quality food and friendly, attentive service. I recommend the truly exceptional Barolo risotto

We had lunch on Sunday, 5 of us with a 6 year old. Well-kept and elegant place, the food is excellent, as expected. The porcini mushroom risotto is delicious! The tasting of Piedmontese appetizers, the tarajn and the Barolo braised meat were also very good. As in all restaurants in Alba, the selection of wines is very vast and of high quality. The prices are average for the place and for the quality of the products served, in total we spent €246, around €60 each with two courses, water, €28, wine and coffee. Definitely recommended for those who want to try new dishes.

We booked at the Enosfizioteca, so we only ate lunch. Excellent quality/price ratio, quality bottles of wine and not just from the Langhe. Downstairs, you enjoy a more private environment.

Nice place in the center of Alba. Young, trained and quick service staff. Typical Piedmontese menu with excellent presentation. The Piedmontese starter is exceptional Prices normal.

Restaurante con alta valoración que sirve comida de calidad Michelin. El ambiente era merecedor de un restaurante Michelin. Los servidores eran atentos y serviciales. El flan vegetal estaba bien equilibrado con el sabor vegetal con un toque de fondue de queso para complementar el flan. El tajain con salsa de carne era una armonía de carne picada suave con una salsa de tomate ligeramente picante. Las costillas de cordero a la parrilla se hicieron a la perfección con un sabor ahumado. La carne estaba tierna y jugosa. El postre fue un buen final para una comida perfecta.

E’ il terzo anno di fila che torniamo in questo ristorante durante il nostro weekend ad Alba ed è sempre una bellissima scoperta.. porzioni abbondanti, qualità e velocità nel servizio. Consiglio vivamente di provare la loro cucina

25/02/2025: Their fresh pastas are excellent. Cleanliness and very friendly attention from its staff. I recommend it.
08/02/2025: Small but well-kept place with modern furniture. Welcoming and friendly staff. I asked for plin ravioli with Bra sausage ragout. They were excellent. The pasta although fresh was cooked al dente. the ragù had a ratio of 1/3 tomato sauce 2/3 minced meat. I asked more or less how much it weighed and after he replied he told me that if I wanted it a little bigger they could do it. I did this and I haven't regretted it. It immediately made a good impression on me that it was packed with customers constantly coming in and out, you could read the satisfaction in their faces. When I go to Bra again I know where to eat!

09/03/2025: Beautiful experience that we tried for the first time for my birthday. Very good and delicate food, wonderful view. We didn't use room service because we only had dinner. Only note, not everyone likes to eat in the company of insects. There were at least a couple of bedbugs hanging around between and on the tables and when we pointed this out, we only received a ironic response, leaving them there. I understand that the place is in the countryside, in the middle of nature, but the windows were closed and from a refined and high-class place, I expect the room to be checked before welcoming customers. With the windows open it wouldn't be possible, of course, but since they are closed, a little attention to these details could improve the service.
