New management welcomed us. Six friends on vacation to discover local foods. Thank you.

We had lunch at this place a week ago, a few steps from the Verona Arena, the menu offers a wide choice of appetizers, first and second courses and in addition to this there are other dishes that are not marked that were very interesting. We opted for the spaghetti with garlic, oil and calamari, a platter of cold cuts and polenta and two desserts. You must try the semifreddo with amaretto and the sbrisolona with grappa. Excellent quality-price ratio. It is the ideal place if you want to get away from tourist life for a few hours.

Trattoria with new management for just over a month. The new managers are a young and enthusiastic couple. The place is small, simple and clean with a family atmosphere. The food is very good and the service is smiling and attentive. We had a great time and we gladly recommend it!

Here's your chance to eat like a savvy local. This recently opened, cute-as-a-button cozy place is that "special little, out-of-the-way find" foodie travellers are always on the prowl for! Both menu standards like tagliolini with calamai, and specials, such as a porcini mushroom risotto were deftly executed. The kitchen can give an inventive twist to others, such as serving gently cooked morsels of sea bass atop a timbal of "crushed" potatoes. As is so often the case at Italian (and French) restaurants, the starters are more varied and inviting than the mains, or "seconds," so perhaps consider making your meal out of an antipasto and a pasta. (Four stars doesn't reflect any dissatisfaction, but rather reflects the need to distinguish a nice, worthy spot from someplace really brilliantly exceptional that commands five stars. Beware rating hyperbole! )

Wir hatten das Restaurant durch Zufall ausgewählt auch wegen der guten Bewertungen. Da wir schon sehr früh am Abend ankamen waren wir die ersten Gäste und hatten eine top Betreuung durch die Besitzerin. Das Menü ist einfach und enthält viele kalte Vorspeisen. Wir haben uns für das tagesgericht entschieden, eine spezielle pasta in amarone Soße. Das Essen war solide, der Wein war gut. Wir würden wiederkommen...
