Verona was the final stop of our Northern Italy trip, and Enobocconi became one of the highlights. This charming wine bar and its wonderful sommelier impressed us so much that we came back two nights in a row. Alberto has an incredible talent for selecting wines and pairing them with delicious prosciutto, cured meats, and house pickles. His warm hospitality and excellent recommendations made the experience truly special. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and full of local charm. If you’re in Verona, don’t miss this place. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy great wine, great food, and genuine passion.

The Google reviews don’t lie - this place is incredible. We came here on account of rave reviews and weren’t disappointed. Alberto knows his stuff. The salumi platter included one of his own salami (aged to perfection). Cheese platter was similarly tasty and paired well with the mustard pear. As for the wine list, well I’m glad we knew a little about local wines so we could preference a lovely local white. Super long list and Alberto knew about them all. We so enjoyed this and will return before we leave Verona. Update September 2025 So we returned to Verona after 2 years and could not wait to visit Enobocconi again. It was amazing. Food as good as ever (even better I think). Addition of lasagna and focaccia to the menu. Alberto chose us incredible wines on both visits. Grazie!!

I went to this place for a Burgundy wine tasting evening. I was pleasantly surprised by this gem. Well done Alberto! Great wine list, lots of research and quality. Amazing food and amazing cheeses. I'll be back soon.

29/10/2025: We had the pleasure of enjoying our wedding dinner with family at the beautiful Le Gemme. There's only one thing to say: Bravo! It's not just about a meal – what they create here is true art. We were captivated from beginning to end and are still absolutely thrilled, even days after the wedding. The creative, magnificent, and fresh creations by Chef Andrea and the absolutely superb service from Lara are second to none. We felt completely at ease, enjoyed the breathtaking view, and are eager to take a cooking class so we can see them again. If you're visiting the beautiful Lake Garda, Torri del Benaco, Le Gemme should definitely be on everyone's list. It must also be said that the location is unique not only because of the view but also because of the incredible attention to detail. Thank you so much, Lara and Andrea! You gave us an unforgettable evening, and we can't wait to visit you again.
20/10/2025: Cooking workshop of Italian food, in a stunning location with a stunning view of Lake Garda. The hosts Lara and Andrea are pleasant and professional. They taught us how to prepare authentic Italian food of a high standard that was very tasty! Recommended wholeheartedly
