Ancora Café In Malcesine

A café in one of the beautiful little streets in Malcesine. The ambience is simple, yet cozy. The staff friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our breakfast (Dolce) was quite carelessly prepared, and there is still room for improvement with the cappuccino. The amount of breakfast can be described as typical Italian standard.

Will definitely come back, just don't order sweet crepes again. Located downtown, indoor, outdoor and balcony seating. Very nice card for your little hunger. Coffee also very tasty. Only the one crêpe with jam was sticky - not very baked. Jam was hard to find and way too expensive. Otherwise everything was fine. Service quick and friendly.

Great location with a little balcony to sit and watch the world go by Simple food cooked well, wife had a crepe with ham and cheese with rocket which was huge and flavoursome. I had a focaccia with local cheese which was just perfectly done. Asked about trying a local red, owner asked what kind of wines I liked so explained and gave me a great wine which was right up my street. Reasonable price, great place

In towns like Malcesine that are geared towards day-trippers, it is surprisingly difficult to find a place without a large menu, just a snack bar or bistro where you can get a salad and a small meal from the range of Italian sandwich varieties. That's why we were excited to find this place. The food was decent but nothing special. An order was initially forgotten. Happened, there was a lot going on too.

The food was delicious and the service was attentive. The Aperol Spritz was exactly how we liked it! >> Does anyone happen to know the Prosecco brand??😄

Great location and great service. In our opinion, food could be a little better for the price.

Located downtown. We had lunch with sandwiches and wraps, good raw materials. good beer. Friendly and helpful staff. As for the location, I must say that eating outdoors in those streets is very suggestive. Medium-high prices

Mi sono fermata in questo bar con la mia famiglia per una pausa caffè. Molto carino e accogliente è il terrazzino che affaccia su una delle viuzze tipiche della cittadina. Ottimo caffè e personale molto cortese, soprattutto Benedetta che, con il suo sorriso, è sempre pronta a coccolare ogni cliente, anche quello più esigente.

We only had drinks here, no food, but returned twice as it was our favourite little place for drinks in Malcesine. Highly recommended their peach Bellini.
