I went to Eataly in the city center (Lagrange) and it was a mixed experience.
Positives:
Food quality: Undeniable. The ingredients are excellent, and the dishes we sampled were truly delicious, in line with Eataly standards.
Service: The waiters were very courteous, attentive, and professional.
Negatives:
Menu availability: The sore point. We had chosen several dishes from the menu, but when ordering, we were told that many of them (and even some subsequent choices) were unavailable. It was a bit frustrating to have to settle for something else.
A real shame, because the quality is there. I hope it was an isolated incident.

A very large and clean place, with shelves full of sophisticated foods for sale and for on-site dining. Everything is meticulously crafted, down to the smallest detail.
The food and wine are excellent, especially the pasta, delicate and well-seasoned, which seems to melt in your mouth. Quick and courteous service. Low prices.

You can see the menu in your language, the food was good, a bit pricey but they have flexible hours. The bread was very, very, very hard. I spent €40 on food, a coca (flatbread) and a tiramisu.

A world-renowned brand. This Turin location is very welcoming at first glance. The interior and exterior spaces are well-organized and well-maintained, and you can tell they're clean and have attention to detail.
There were three of us... We were greeted by Alessia with absolute warmth and courtesy... then Elisa Loredana served us with expertise and knowledge, accommodating all our requests and changes. Good value for money.
If you're in the center of Turin, I highly recommend it.
