11/03/2024: I was there for five o'clock tea, strictly by reservation. In reality the place is called Smith's British - Restaurant from the outside there is the sign "Casa Manitu". It's still them, even if they serve cocktails there. It is a place reminiscent of English tea rooms, in style and furnishings, you are seated in one of the two rooms, after choosing your tea, you are given either a glass of prosecco, or water, sparkling or still. The snack is brought on an elegant stand, under the savory dish, then: sandwiches, sandwiches and refined canapés... on top of delicious pastries and mini cupcakes of all sorts. Separately, there are Scones filled with the classic Cornish cream (clotted), it is a particular filling that is very reminiscent of butter cream. It was a great experience, everything was impeccable, the food exquisite. Once home, we skipped dinner because we were full. Highly recommended
