A historic restaurant in Imola. The food is authentic, made the old-fashioned way with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is excellent, reminiscent of times gone by, but I wouldn't renovate for anything. It's fine as it is.

Good food, time spent welcoming each customer, in a quaint alley in the center of Imola. Not to mention, history has passed through there!

Excellent local cuisine, I ate pasta and beans, which was praiseworthy, and for the second course, braised cheek with mashed potatoes, which was indescribable and must be eaten to appreciate the delicious flavour.

01/11/2025: It's a shame that it should have become one of our points of reference, but it closed from one day to the next... 🤦🏻‍♂️
12/10/2025: The place is very welcoming, stylishly decorated, and very unique. Beppe, the manager, is available to answer any questions, as are the wait staff, always ready to serve the customers. We had a delicious pizza by the meter, perfectly cooked and with fresh toppings. All accompanied by draft beer. Highly recommended.

Ristorante Il Borlengo

18/08/2026: A welcoming place where you can experience authentic local cuisine. The borlenghi are the absolute stars, expertly prepared. The entire staff is extremely warm and attentive. Highly recommended!
17/08/2026: Excellent restaurant with exquisite first courses, fabulous crescentine with excellent cold cuts and pickles, the tigelle are also good even if they are too big, excellent homemade desserts
