Both the restaurant and the pastry shop in the morning are delicious, and the waitresses are very kind and helpful. The pizzas are amazing.

I went on a Sunday just after 10:00 a.m. There wasn't a single pasta dish available; from the door to the counter, three employees didn't even say hello. In the following days, I asked one of my coworkers to bring them home for me, and I liked them.

It's not your average pizza... it's a pizza with great attention to leavening and toppings. It's not the usual flavors. It's crust is high, but not too high, and cooked well underneath. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. We went on one of the few rainy evenings, so the place was packed and noisy. But that's understandable, as they still had to feed the people who had reservations.

Nothing to envy of the bakeries in Paris and Copenhagen!
Cappuccinos made to perfection and amazing puff pastries.
I highly recommend a visit if you're in the Civitanova Marche area.

The food was very tasty, but the staff didn't seem to care about the customers. The ladies tried a bit harder, but the gentleman didn't.
The melazane, however, is amazing.

Had dinner with a group of friends. The Ascoli olives were very good.
Regarding the pizzas, the positive thing is that they're very digestible and light. As for the rest, you have to be lucky because only 20% of the pizzas arrived cooked properly. Most were overcooked and therefore dry, a real shame.
Also because the price is really high, so you have to be impeccable. For example, with the Spada, for the price I was expecting to taste the fish and not just the bitterness of the sauces.
A good starting point, but I would reconsider the cooking methods and prices.
If you're offered a customized menu, be careful because if you order the same items individually, you'll spend less. I recommend a little more cunning in management and service to make the customer feel more pampered.

Il titolo sarebbe sufficiente per consigliarvi il Duca, ma proverò a descriverlo al meglio.
Situato nella zona del porto a due passi dal centro. Accogliente e arredato con cura: entri e ti senti a casa, a tuo agio.
Il menù è ampio il giusto, segno di una cucina espressa che punta sulla qualità e sulla freschezza delle materie prime. E la promessa viene mantenuta, piatto dopo piatto. La carta dei vini è davvero interessante, con scelte ricercate e prezzi onestissimi: si nota la passione e la competenza di chi la seleziona.
Il servizio? Impeccabile, professionale, ma anche cordiale. Un equilibrio raro.
I piatti sono un trionfo: il pesce è freschissimo, la tartare di fassona davvero sorprendente. E un dettaglio che dice tutto: abbiamo fatto la scarpetta in ogni piatto!
Dulcis in fundo, una colomba fatta in casa, servita con una crema al mascarpone che definire “divina” è riduttivo.
Un’esperienza che consiglio con entusiasmo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Siamo stati benissimo in questa pizzeria, livello altissimo, una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato. Alta ma croccante, io ho tentato con l’involtino primavera ed era FANTASTICA. Staff cordiale. 10+
