I would have given it 5 stars...if it weren't for the waitress, who was really rude and unkind.
As for all the other waiters, they were very kind and friendly.

Extremely expensive!!! Can you spend €98 for two very measly appetizers, two pizzas, one cheeseburger, two medium beers, and three desserts? Aside from the price, the food was good—nothing exceptional, but good. The place was nice, but nothing exceptional either. If it weren't for the price, I'd recommend it and give it four stars, but given the bill, I can only give it three.

The food and service were outstanding. I ordered the double burger, served with French fries and onion rings. The rest of the table ordered pizza, and everyone was very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Dual for its welcoming family atmosphere.

A pleasant surprise, although recommended by a friend who lives in Turin, I didn't have high expectations. Instead, we found excellent pizza, with the option to choose between Neapolitan/Roman/whole wheat, and a wide selection. Very satisfied, attentive service, and a pleasant location.

Last night I celebrated my mom's birthday at this fantastic pizzeria, and we had an incredible experience! The service was impeccable, the staff was kind and helpful. The first course I ordered was delicious, the flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was stunning. My mom's pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was welcoming and romantic, perfect for a special occasion like a birthday. It was excellent. Highly recommended!

The table to the left of the entrance, cold air!!!
Every time new customers come in, the table is hit by the freezing air of a Turin winter evening. Has anyone thought to avoid this inconvenience yet? I find this inconvenience incompatible with what should have been a pleasant evening ☹️❄️❄️❄️🥶
