A historic restaurant/pizzeria that has been present since 1987 and surprised me in Santeramo in Colle. Excellent appetizers, both hot and cold, and delicious crispy pizzas made with 48-hour dough. I will definitely return.

Ci sono stato a pranzo con mia figlia e non posso che definirlo Eccezionale! Dalla qualità dei cibi alla qualità della presentazione degli stessi, dalla location alla velocità del servizio,tutto altamente impeccabile! Consigliatissimo!

Special and welcoming environment, so much so that we returned. Excellent quality food, fresh and genuine products. We were served by trained staff who know how to take care of the customer in the room. Congratulations to those who prepare very tasty dishes in the kitchen, the care put into the dishes reaches the palate and the sight, pampering the customer with all the passion for a cuisine with authentic flavours. Very recommended!

20/10/2024: Excellent dough. Fine dough (not rubbery) different variations from the classic panzerotto to the one with meat or the Calabrian one. Really good. Add a bottle of beer and you're good to go.

23/02/2025: In this place you feel at home. Going down a few steps you find yourself in a welcoming place built by the masters of the past and which makes the atmosphere warm and evocative at the same time. We tasted meat of all kinds accompanied by excellent local wine. Everything truly delicious. Impeccable service and fair price. Nothing to add except a THANK YOU to the owners who, with their company, made us spend a pleasant evening. I make an appeal to their daughter Simona: Help your parents more if you can by spreading and publishing the activity on social media because, nowadays, without likes 👍 it has become difficult to survive.
29/10/2024: Fresh meat, friendly service. I highly recommend it 😉
