We ordered pasta carbonara and pasta vongole, with a bruschetta starter. Everything was nice except for the Vongole which almost had no taste. It wasnt bad, it just didnt taste that much. The carbonara and bruschetta were nice and fully met our expectations, so definitely try those!

We arrived at the Donati Restaurant by pure chance. We entered and immediately loved it: really friendly and friendly staff (family run), excellent food and honest prices. We were so satisfied that the evening before returning home, Sunday 27.04, we returned to have one last pleasant memory of the Roman people.
Thank you very much and see you soon (even if you beat us 1 - 0 on 27.04... hahahaha)

Great food and drinks, very nice atmosphere and attentive service, lived in a hotel nearby and had 3 times dinner in Donati, all 3 times it was great experience

A promising menu on paper and following a 2km swim early this morning I managed to eat 1 overcooked artichoke Roman style and 1 burnt artichoke Jewish style. After that I polished a rather uninspiring spaghetti with clams dish. Bread was lovely and so was the water and the task was accomplished. Floor staff were great sports too.

Hemos probado algunos lugares diferentes en Roma, y ninguno de ellos comparado con este lugar.
La comida aquí es absolutamente excepcional. El servicio fue fantástico, y nos sentimos muy bienvenidos. Es un lugar realmente auténtico y no turístico en absoluto.
La relación calidad-precio era fantástica, especialmente teniendo en cuenta lo genial que es la comida y el servicio.
Es una pena que viva en el Reino Unido porque comería aquí todos los días si pudiera.
