Really lovely couple of meals here. Pretty unpretentious for a restaurant right next to Termini. Friendly service and good cooking.

It was a very lovely evening; the service was very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the decor was very traditional. They were even showing the Italian Copa Cup football match on the TVs. Definitely recommended if you're in Rome.

Found Ristorante Donati near our hotel in Roma Termini, went there twice within our 3 days visit in Rome , food and service was excellent every time ,please ask for Alessio he was very attentive and provided a very good service and food suggestions.

The atmosphere is welcoming and the service was fantastic. They have gluten free pasta and a gluten free bread option. The cacio pepe and the roman artichoke were delicious.

18/01/2026: Small, cute, and welcoming! The owner was friendly and very helpful; the service was quick. The meatballs, in all the varieties we tried, were very tasty! The price is right! Definitely a place to return to!
12/01/2026: I've known this little place for many years and never tire of dining there. All the meatballs are delicious, made with high-quality meat and ingredients. The flavors are always well-balanced and delicate, never overly seasoned or salty. My favorite is the beer with onions... even though they all get a 10. The family is always kind and hospitable, and the owners' warmth and friendliness are truly unique. There's truly always something new to try.
