Good paella, excellent service. Welcoming atmosphere.

I'm hesitant to write this review, but I wanted to point it out. It happened on December 20, 2025, at a birthday party. A waitress fell with the beers and stained my jacket. Okay, it happens, but the laundry is fixed. However, the staff should have been more careful when cleaning the floors, because a girl on crutches from another birthday party next to us slipped and seriously injured herself. Otherwise, everything was fine, except for a small mix-up with the order involving the wrong pizza, but nothing major.

We ate on the veranda. Very charming during the Christmas season. Extensive menu. A little too seasoned for my taste.

We had dinner for 8 people on December 30th and afternoon snacks the following two days. Beautiful and clean atmosphere. Very good food, from the starters to the desserts. And the staff was welcoming and helpful, and nothing to complain about, especially since they were always kind and helpful... and always busy, never seen "stopped" for breaks or wasting time. But there's a big problem that needs to be solved, not just for the customer but also for the staff themselves. Examples: ... orders arriving after 40/50 minutes (and we're talking about a simple brioche, not meat or fish dishes), double orders, ... orders delivered partially and the missing one after 30 minutes (this in the afternoon for 4 hot teas and 2 cappuccinos). I have other examples, and obviously from other tables next to ours. But I don't want this review to be interpreted as a criticism or an insult when it isn't, and isn't meant to be... it's just a suggestion... if you want to "accept" it. I hope the head waiter or The restaurant manager can better organize the service... and above all, organize the waiters' work to help speed up communication between him and the kitchen or bar... Anyway, aside from the timing... I understand that we're on vacation, but let's avoid exaggerating by 40/50 minutes 😅 I recommend coming for both lunch and dinner because the food is truly EXCELLENT!!!

The food is good and you're always greeted with a smile. Very satisfied.

What can I say? In my opinion, one of the best pizzerias in the center of Montecatini, perhaps the best. The service was excellent; the waiter who served us was super kind. The pizza, as I said before, is one of the best, especially since, going around, either the prices are too high or the quality is quite low, but they managed to optimize things. I highly recommend it (to anyone who likes it), the Raffaello is super topped and super good, and... above all, it's filling (I'm a big eater).
