What can I say? In my opinion, one of the best pizzerias in the center of Montecatini, perhaps the best.
The service was excellent; the waiter who served us was super kind.
The pizza, as I said before, is one of the best, especially since, going around, either the prices are too high or the quality is quite low, but they managed to optimize things.
I highly recommend it (to anyone who likes it), the Raffaello is super topped and super good, and... above all, it's filling (I'm a big eater).

The location is very well-maintained and pleasant, the food excellent, with several considerations for celiacs. The meat is of excellent quality.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside of our experience was the service.
We had ordered some appetizers, including a platter, which never arrived.
For dessert, we waited about 40 minutes: we had ordered two gluten-free tarts and a slice of cake. No one had warned us about the longer wait for the tarts, and after several requests, we were finally informed that the cake was out of stock—only after a 50-minute wait.
A real shame, because the quality of the food deserves a higher rating. However, the lack of communication and the slow service somewhat ruined the evening.

I've had breakfast here a few times. The pastries are very good, and the coffee is good. Unfortunately, the service has always been quite slow, whether the staff is overstaffed or understaffed. The same goes for the number of customers. The "longtime" staff is definitely quicker, but overall the pace is more relaxed, so to speak.

Welcoming place. Professional service, but with a few flaws. In our case, they forgot our order, forcing one of our guests to eat about an hour after the others. However, they addressed the mistake well, offering us a beer.
