We went thanks to a recommendation from the hotel receptionist. A restaurant run by locals from Volterra with exquisite Tuscan food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to us, even though the place was full. Highly recommended.

We had three different cuts of beef, all three delicious, perfectly cut, tender, and perfectly cooked. The waiter recommended a very good wine.
