Locale centralissimo ben tenuto e con personale cordiale e professionale. Piatti buoni, se pur tendenti a prezzi medio alti. Salone abbastanza affollato ma non si sta male. Accettano i clienti fino a tardi. Non mi sento di dare oltre tre stelle per via dei servizi posti ad un piano rialzato accessibile con scale ripida non consona a persone con difficoltà motoria. Altra cosa sui tavoli non è prevista una tovaglia con i piatti e posate poggiate sul nudo legno del tavolo.

I had an excellent lunch on site and in the historic center of Volterra. Dishes with a delicate flavor and excellent quality. Young, professional and very courteous staff…. Super recommended! Well done guys keep it up!!!!👏👏👏

A very pleasant surprise in the heart of Volterra. The pici are excellent: you will find them in many tasty and original variations. Super cold cuts and impeccable desserts. I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience on all fronts: the place is truly welcoming, the service is excellent, fast but with that touch of familiarity that makes the difference and the cuisine is creative but with more of an eye on the Tuscan tradition which in other places is disappearing before to a "hit and run" cuisine destined for uncultivated tourism.

Delicious pici with cheese and pear sauce, Chianti risotto, cannellini beans, plus ham leg appetizer and regional Chardonnay wine. Fantastic staff as well!! We want to eat here again this week! :-)

We celebrated our farewell to our vacation at Don Beta. The pici were great. Atmosphere + service very good. You have to visit if you are there on vacation
