Dolci Note In Mottola

Without a doubt, the best gelato I've ever eaten in my life!! (And I've tried so many!) My taste buds were on fire. I had a really hard time choosing which flavors to try because each one was better than the last! Not to mention the staff: wonderful, friendly, genuine, and warm-hearted. Overall, it was a wonderful discovery: I highly recommend anyone to go there, you won't regret it!!

We headed to Mottola with local friends, stopping for the first time at Dolci Note to try the coffee mousse and a freshly made crepe. We all appreciated the owner Nicola's kindness, and I thank him for his hospitality. We'll definitely see you again, thank you for everything.

An incredible pastry shop! My husband and I celebrated our wedding in Mottola, but we're not from there, so we found the pastry shop partly online and partly on the recommendation of locals. The desserts were indeed delicious, but we never thought we'd be so lucky to find such wonderful people! They were all extremely helpful, professional, and creative, and they perfectly respected our every wish, even helping us choose the best for us and our guests! They made us the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake we've ever eaten (as confirmed by many of our guests) and a thousand other delicious desserts, from mini jellies to traditional cookies, fresh fruit and stuffed dried figs—in short, every kind of delicacy! Highly recommended. I wish I lived closer so I could go at least once a week, hug Anna (the owner, who I felt was like a friend) and gorge on gelato and other desserts!

For my parents' wedding anniversary, I decided to give them a cake with custard and berries, and I chose Trisolini Dolci Note in Mottola. It was an excellent choice. The custard was velvety and paired harmoniously with the fresh berries, all topped with cream. A special thanks to the Trisolini staff, not only for the delicious cake, but also for their attention to detail and kindness.

The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mr. Nicola, are truly extraordinary, and that makes all the difference, making the shopping experience more enjoyable! I've tried various pastries and have always been satisfied! The desserts and ice creams are delicious!

Exceptional, always top-notch. The fact that everything is prepared by a young person is an added bonus.
