I can't say enough about the talent and passion that Gianluca infuses into every one of his creations! Each product is a unique experience, with attention to the smallest details, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The quality of the ingredients used is evident in every bite and the presentation is always impeccable. I have tried a variety of products, from cakes to small pastries, and every time it has been a delicious surprise.
What distinguishes Gianluca is his passion, ambition and humility, always ready to get back into the game in new ways with the desire to learn more and more.

Ancora una delizia per il mio palato!!!! 😊 Ieri sera ho gustato una meravigliosa creps con nutella e gelato. Prima che dire che è stata ottima vorrei aggiungere bellissima a vedersi. Poi per concludere abbiamo assaggiato una fetta di panettone ai frutti tropicali...😋😋😋non aggiungerei altro...da dolci note il clima è eccezionale!!!

Another delight for my palate!!!😋😋
Last night I enjoyed a delicious crepes with Nutella and ice cream.
Beautiful to look at and with an exceptional taste 🤩.
After being invited on Friday, by Gianluca Trisolini, to taste the presentation of three excellent panettone, the Traditional almond, the Superior Pistachio and the Anna ❤️ panettone dedicated to Mother, yesterday before leaving and last but not least we were offered a slice of panettone with tropical fruits.
I thought I had tasted the best ones by far. Well I recommend everyone to enjoy it. Truly, truly unique 😋.
Don't forget to book them....
They're selling like hot cakes.
