A place where you can feel like a child again, because you don't know what to choose and you always try new things. But my first love was the ricotta and pistachio ice cream, truly delicious, and without a doubt, Mottola, my Mottola, is the best. Highly recommended if you really want the taste and flavor of raw ingredients.

Today, thanks to the sweet courtesy of the owner Nicola, who recommended a Rocher cake, lunch ended in a very sweet and heavenly way. I highly recommend it.

Without a doubt, the best gelato I've ever eaten in my life!! (And I've tried so many!) My taste buds were on fire. I had a really hard time choosing which flavors to try because each one was better than the last! Not to mention the staff: wonderful, friendly, genuine, and warm-hearted. Overall, it was a wonderful discovery: I highly recommend anyone to go there, you won't regret it!!

We headed to Mottola with local friends, stopping for the first time at Dolci Note to try the coffee mousse and a freshly made crepe. We all appreciated the owner Nicola's kindness, and I thank him for his hospitality. We'll definitely see you again, thank you for everything.

18/09/2025: The owner of this restaurant is definitely the one that made the biggest impression on me. He's very hospitable, friendly, and, above all, knows his way around the restaurant business. The food was good, especially the typical dishes, but at a certain point we couldn't stand it anymore because the owner, just to make us try other dishes, served us more dishes than we'd asked for 😅. The dining room staff was very efficient and courteous, except for a few small delays due to the rapidly growing number of customers. The only downside was perhaps the location, as there was very little distance between the tables, and at a certain point we had a hard time talking, but I understand that in those typical places, restaurant spaces are always very limited. I would gladly return, however, and I recommend it especially to those who want to eat typical dishes without spending a fortune... when they brought us the bill, we thought they'd made a mistake!
15/09/2025: Excellent 5 stars are not enough, kind and fast waiters, kind owner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO EAT TOP MEAT!

09/09/2025: Truly amazing restaurant! The service, food, atmosphere - everything was above and beyond. We ended up going this restaurant twice during our short visit in Taranto. We saw people picking up fresh fish they want to eat and it was cooked freshly and your server bring it to the table, show how they clean the fish in front of you and serve the fillet. This was awesome experience. We tried many dishes, everything was on top-notch. The dessert lemon sorbet - it was perfect to clean up your mouth. Highly recommend this restaurant and don’t forget to make a reservation before you go.
07/09/2025: Excellent food and high-quality service. The prices are average for this type of restaurant. The place is a bit dated, but I think they wanted to maintain that style.
