I shared the artisanal dark chocolate and rum panettone purchased from Pasticceria Dolci Note with my friends. As soon as we opened the package, we were struck by the enveloping aroma of chocolate and a delicate hint of rum, which already promised excellent flavors. The texture of the panettone was perfect: soft and well-risen, with an intense moistness that enticed us to take the first bite. Each slice was a delight, with chunks of dark chocolate that melted in our mouths, beautifully balanced by the warmth and complexity of the rum, which added a note of depth and character. Among the best panettone I've ever eaten.
