First and foremost, the kindness, friendliness, and professionalism of the manager. We ate, on the recommendation, a selection of fantastic local cured meats and cheeses. Recommended.

A great alternative to the tourist hustle and bustle of the city center. A small bar and delicatessen offering small specialties. The lady is very friendly and first asks very specifically about your wine preferences. Then you'll be served the perfect wine at a reasonable price. A snack is also included.

I stopped with my girlfriend and the owner was there to welcome us. Extremely kind and helpful, he prepared two sandwiches for us that were nothing short of galactic. Highly recommended. Too bad for the isolated position which leads it to have fewer customers than it certainly deserves

18/11/2025: We ate here on November 14th. The location is very charming and is the highlight. Our steak, tough in some places, made me think it wasn't a first-rate choice, but overall it was very decent. The wine list was a bit disappointing. Not enough choices for a location at the crossroads of Chianti, Montepulciano, and Montalcino. Dinner cost €130 for crostini, 1 steak, 1 dessert, and 1 bottle of wine.
18/11/2025: Beautiful atmosphere...very special...lovely to eat at the troughs...ate well...I will return
