In one of the liveliest and most characteristic squares of Pistoia, this place caught our attention for its refined, modern and very natural colored furnishings. The attentive and prepared staff welcomed us and looked after us during the evening in a very pleasant way.
We tasted the Pizza, light, crispy and honeycomb dough with original toppings and excellent raw materials.
The aged, tasty and tender meat, worthy of a trip to Tuscany, definitely met our expectations.
First courses, side dishes and desserts maintained the line confirming the level and convincing us of the fact that we will definitely return to this Bistrot.

L'attenzione del personale verso il cliente è unica , a d'Era bistrot abbiamo avuto un esperienza estremamente piacevole in un atmosfera tranquilla e rilassata .
Abbiamo diviso una pizza bianca condita con mozzarella , lardo e miele , io ho preso polpo su crema di broccoli e chips di barbabietola , piatto bello e delizioso , la tagliata black angus argentino tenerissima .

Questo locale che avevo recensito anni fa come una piccola perla in centro a Pistoia ha cambiato location. Si è spostato da una via defilata alla piazza principale della movida aumentando notevolmente i coperti e passando da un 100% gluten free a doppia cucina, gluten free e tradizionale.
Non so se è un caso ma ci sono stata due volte dopo il cambiamento e purtroppo nessuno al tavolo è rimasto contento. La qualità è peggiorata (il pane sg ad esempio non è buono come prima) così come alcune accortezze nel servizio ( non vengono più serviti prosecco e entrèe all'accoglienza, abbiamo ricevuto fritto di mare adagiato su un tovagliolo bianco che si è ovviamente sfaldato).
Peccato, come si dice adesso, forse "meno è meglio".
