A very welcoming location, minimalist yet full of style and personality, with old-fashioned furnishings tending toward green, a color that characterizes many of the decor details, along with the wood.
-APPETIZER: Small mixed fried fish, excellent quality fish and crispy batter. The tartar sauce is a departure from the classic lemon side dishes.
-MAIN COURSE: Cod fillet on chickpea cream, a delicious dish, a little too salty for my taste, but well-accompanied and very tender.
Instead of bread, they serve schiacciata, a flatbread similar to pinsa dough, which is very good.
In addition to the photo of the main course, I'll leave you with a little gem: the dachshund-shaped cutlery holders, which are gorgeous.

A satisfying dinner, both in terms of taste and portions. We ordered a pizza to share, plus two entrees each. The fried fish was crispy and well-cooked. The shrimp was a little bland, but the rest was good. The scampi risotto was delicious, as was the pasta alla Luciana. The waiters were sometimes attentive, sometimes a little lost because there were only two of them serving, but always very friendly. Reasonably priced.

We had dinner at d'era bistrot and it was an excellent experience.
The pizza special with Iberian ham is highly recommended. For my first course, I tried the calamarata with squid alla Luciana. Mopping up the sauce is a must.

Let me start by saying that after having lunch at this delightful restaurant, we booked dinner that same evening. The refined atmosphere, the cleanliness, the music, the courtesy and attention of the staff, their kindness, and finally... beautifully prepared dishes! A lunch to remember with joy! The pizzas that evening were exactly what we expected after enjoying the lunch dishes so much: excellent combinations and ingredients.
The owner can truly say he's satisfied with his offerings! Thanks again to the staff. As soon as we return to Pistoia, it will be a pleasure to come and visit you. Well done everyone!

This is a very charming restaurant located in Pistoia's beautiful historic center. The staff are welcoming. Service is prompt and professional. High-quality food, suitable for both celiacs and non-celiacs. From the first to the second courses, everything is truly delicious. The tiramisu cream is exceptional, but I would find the biscuit rather tasteless and hard, contrasting with the cream. Prices are moderately high, but completely acceptable given the high quality.

A truly positive experience: we went for dinner and had pizza, two appetizers (tartare and fried artichokes), carbonara with fried artichokes, and tagliatelle with truffle mushrooms. To finish, we had three desserts: a tiramisu, a hazelnut and pumpkin tartlet, and a coffee dessert. Everything was delicious. A great experience. We'll definitely be back. Friendly staff. Fast service.

The place is beautiful and well-maintained, and the service was excellent, except for the wine recommendations, which I disagreed with. The dishes were good but not excellent; I expected something more. The truffle on the tartare lacked any aroma, the ravioli weren't ravioli-shaped, and the flavor was a bit bland. The steak was good, but I expected better from a premium, aged cut.
