Della Torre In Cernobbio

Restaurant in a truly unique position on the lake and with excellent cuisine and service. Unfortunately the car park is a nightmare, at least on a day with potentially many visitors

Stayed with my family for one night, the room was not big. Bunk beds and a double bed. The room has an air conditioner, which for some reason turned on whenever it wanted. There are tiles on the floor, the hotel should take care of slippers for guests, especially in the cold season. The bathroom is very small and narrow. The hotel has breakfast, the choice is not great, but the view from the restaurant is very impressive. There is a young guy working at the reception who behaves defiantly towards hotel guests. The audibility in the room is strong, very loud due to the restaurant, which operates on the ground floor, a quiet evening in the room awaits you only closer to midnight.

We entered our room and the furnitures were of a good quality. When we went to bed we both admit that we slept really well because the mattress was really comfortable, the shower was quite of a good temperature. After we went downstairs to eat breakfast : the service was really good plus the lady was super kind. Will return for sure. Highly recommended.

Fantastic view of Lake Como. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. It's an old hotel with simple wooden room doors and small bathrooms... but that's also what gives this hotel its charm. An absolute tip for Como!

Absolutely delicious wood fired gluten free pizza

We stayed one night at Albergo Ristorante Della Torre and had dinner there as well. Our room was very clean and comfortable and bright, and well equipped for our stay. The cafe/bar downstairs was a lovely place for a drink. The welcome was so friendly and warm. The dinner was delicious (we both had duck ragout pappardelle and salad) with very good service and a beautiful view of the twinkling lights of Como in the distance and the lake (we travelled in December so it got dark about 5pm). The views over the Lake from the restaurant area are stunning. Breakfast was varied and a buffet with good choice, taken in the restaurant, overlooking the lake. Perfetto. The climb from Cernobbio to the hotel is a good challenge, steep and cobbled in parts, if you decide to walk; we quite liked it! There is a bus apparently but the walk via the steps (follow your instinct up the steps, not the road as Google maps tells you.)

Located above Como with a unique view of the lake and the city of Como, very good pizza, top food and beverages at a price that is not too high.

Abbiamo scelto questo posto per un evento aziendale quindi eravamo numerosi e con un menu già prestabilito. Il servizio e’ stato eccellente , discreto e simpatico contemporaneamente, attento e professionale. La qualità del cibo ottimo e per la cifra pagata abbondante e di qualità. Menzione peccale va ai vini eccezionali! Location carina con una vista fantastica….organizziamo spesso eventi di questo tipo ed un risultato di livello non e’ scontato anche in posti eccezionali quando si cena in pochi!

Disfrutamos mucho del restaurante. . . la comida es excelente y los servidores son muy serviciales. Además, la ubicación whihc es un poco hacia arriba de la montaña requiere un poco de una subida cuesta arriba que es útil después de una comida gigante!
