Best restaurant of our holiday in Sicily! Top quality price, we ate like a god! Interesting combinations with typical dishes revisited in an interesting and impeccable way. Excellent service, Luigi very friendly and helpful, if we return to Sicily we will definitely come here every night! Congratulations guys!

We just left Deja Vu, amazing delicious food (we had tempura and tuna steak) super nice atmosphere and 'character' the outside location has + fantastic service! And they were also super friendly with our little daughter who wanted to run like everywhere :D 200% recommend!

Cucina eccellente: piatti ricercati ma rispettosi della tradizione. E’ uno dei ristoranti migliori in assoluto nei quali abbiamo mangiato. Davvero ottimo. Ingredienti all’altezza. Una menzione la merita il dolce: la crostatina di carrube è da provare assolutamente.

World-class food, great ingredients, wonderfully balanced taste, and the dessert is a delight. Unusual use of local ingredients - especially in the dessert, which was a variation on carob. I highly recommend it. Prices adequate to quality. Very nice owner, chefs at metropolitan level.

20/06/2025: Here we are at top levels! Poetry transformed into food! Dishes that are eaten first with the eyes and then with the mouth! Professional, attentive, competent, empathetic and extremely friendly staff. Well done! Here you can breathe and touch the culinary expertise and the typical tradition of this part of our wonderful Italy!

24/06/2025: This time again, a memorable experience, through the history of Sicilian cuisine, with the menu Our History. A journey with always surprising passages and two top stops. Hurray!
23/06/2025: Our story (tasting menu) was a unique experience. I invite everyone to go there. I have been lucky enough to travel a lot and try many excellent restaurants (even starred ones). Today I think I have been to the best restaurant in my life. Don Camillo is a master!
