The quality of the meat is truly excellent! All the rolls are tasty, carefully presented, and they've now added two types of tartare to the all-you-can-eat menu. The owner is always extremely kind and friendly. This restaurant fully deserves its 5 stars!

We had dinner at this restaurant on Via dei Gelsi and the experience was truly excellent in every way. Everything we ordered was meticulously crafted, with a creative presentation that was captivating from the very first glance. We particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients, as demonstrated by the tartare served with very thin lime slices and an onion garnish that perfectly balanced the dish. The atmosphere was pleasant and the attentive service completed a truly positive experience. We will definitely be back.

Quite an interesting place that specializes in beef sushi. The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Dario the chef was informative about the food being served and provided excellent service to me and my fiance. I proposed to my girlfriend inside this place while Dario and his staff helped to take pictures and videos. They were so nice that they even gave us a bottle of wine and a couple of wine glasses as gifts. It was a great way to end our trip in Italy. I'll never forget this place and the people. I definitely recommend this place if you're the suburbs of Rome. Thank you Dario and staff!

Very nice place and very kind staff. We had an aperitif. We had a platter with excellent quality cured meats and another with a revisited sushi that was nothing short of fantastic. We'll do it again.

A small but very cute place with a unique, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu offers a wide selection, with many special offers, all of which are delicious; the tartare is especially amazing. The ALL-YOU-CAN-DRINK option is also a great option. Highly recommended.

13/08/2026: I went there today, I can honestly say it’s the best porchetta I ever had in my life. It’s so simple but executed to perfection, one of the best things I ate in Italy, and worth whatever the distance you need to drive to get there.

04/04/2026: Recommended trattoria. The carbonara is among the best in Rome (and the cacio e pepe is also excellent). The entrecote is tender, well-cooked, and flavorful. Very fair prices.
02/04/2026: Excellent Roman cuisine for lovers of traditional Roman recipes. From appetizers to main courses, everything was truly Roman! Quality meats and fresh, well-prepared vegetables. We sampled two first courses and two second courses. We saw the various awards for the carbonara, but unfortunately, we didn't try it, choosing something else instead. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and attentive to food intolerances. The only thing, aside from the fair prices for appetizers and first courses, was the prices for the meat-based second courses (19-22 euros). In short, we ended up spending around 40 euros per person with just one glass of wine and one water (two first courses, two second courses, and one sorbet). OK with the fork discount, but not a bit excessive, perhaps for an "out-of-town" trattoria, but recommended for lovers of authentic Roman cuisine.
