We called on a Saturday afternoon and were lucky to get an early table and it turned out to be one of the best meals we had in Parma. The 'Verticale' Parmigiano tasting included an unforgettable 60-month aged cheese, while the 'Regio' board showcased an outstanding range of cured meats and pickled vegetables. The tortelli di erbetta were rich and comforting, and the torta fritta was perfectly light and airy. The surprise standout? The pesto di cavallo; raw minced horse meat, delicately seasoned and incredibly flavorful. A bold, traditional dish done right. Everything here reflects pride in Parma's culinary heritage.

The perfect place to enjoy traditional Emilian dishes in their best version! My boyfriend and I had a really good time, both for the location, for the staff, and for the excellent quality food. Very little waiting time for the dishes to arrive, but I recommend you make a reservation because it is a very popular and popular restaurant.

Degusteria Romani is a welcoming place where you can breathe the true Parma tradition. The dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and the options range from typical cured meats to tasty first courses. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly and helpful. Also excellent for a quick but quality lunch break. Fair prices for the care and goodness of the dishes. I recommend booking because the place is not very large and fills up easily. Ideal for those who want to enjoy Parma in a simple but high-class environment!
