Perhaps the single cold cuts starter could be more abundant but I'm a glutton. And then I had "space" for the excellent anolini, the horse pesto and the sbrisolona. Everything delicious!

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale carino,con una portata di bollito misto ed una lasagna.
Il cibo era buono ed anche la materia prima.
Una pecca è la cantina vini veramente risicata.
L altra pecca il servizio veramente scadente: nessuna spiegazione sui piatti e quando la chiedi ,la cameriere viene a dartela ,ma visibilmente scocciata.
Non c'è rapporto qualità ( compreso il servizio) prezzo

We had dinner for 2 and had a great time, the girls went out of their way to find us a table. Annolini in broth and ham very good, risotto with Lambrusco not at the top... I recommend it

Fast service, menu with not too many to bring. The food was good, however being the home of good ham it is well priced, it almost costs less to bring other dishes instead of the raw appetizer!!

Nestled on the corner of Via Farini, next to the renowned Prosciutteria Romani, a corner for tasting highly refined and quality food. I took a Battistero cutting board (Parma ham, Culatello, Strolghino, 24 month Parmigiano Regiano), fried polenta, giardiniera (exquisite) and a glass of wine 🍷. Everything of the highest standard. Only note: although it is true that we are talking about tasting, a 14 euro platter with 4 slices of ham, 3 of culatello, 2 of salami and 2 pieces of Parmesan may be worth a slightly greater quantitative effort. In any case, largely satisfied with the quality of the product offered. Worth a stop.

Fantastic food! Truly top-notch. The service, however, was mediocre. It felt as though the level of service declined if you were English-speaking rather than Italian. Nevertheless, this place is highly recommended!

Locale molto carino nel centro di Parma con un'atmosfera veramente piacevole che trasmette le intenzioni del ristorante, ovvero fare degustare i prodotti del territorio e non, trattati nel migliore dei modi.
Vasta scelta di taglieri con salumi e formaggi. Primi veramente interessanti e molto buoni. Porzioni non molto abbondanti, ma d'altronde si va per "degustare".
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, prezzi adeguati ai piatti serviti.
