Daddy's Bread In Reggio nell'emilia

Bakery with sweet and savory products in a small street in the center of Reggio Emilia. We took the local specialty, Erbazzone, in a lighter version, without garlic and lard and it was delicious! Very tasty thanks also to the parmesan in the preparation, it was also digestible. In particular, we were also struck by the kindness of the staff who, despite being rather crowded due to a festival taking place in the city, served each customer with care and kindness, even offering us some pizza samples while we waited. Passed with flying colors!
