I've been going to Stefano's for at least 20 years and have always had a good experience. Good food and fresh ingredients are the order of the day. However, since he changed locations, he's been trying to transform many of his dishes into "nouvelle cuisine." I've honestly been disappointed, especially with the appetizers. You can't serve such small portions that you can't even taste what you're eating (not to mention the price). That's the only flaw, so if you want good fish-based first courses and second courses, the quality is still low. I strongly recommend not ordering appetizers; you'll be disappointed. Prices are medium to high.

Stefano welcomed us even though the restaurant was about to close, he was very kind, the food was excellent and cooked with passion... I recommend it

We visited this restaurant for lunch and it was a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant is very charming, bright, and well-kept, with a quiet atmosphere perfect for enjoying a good meal. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection: each dish was beautifully presented, flavorful, and prepared with great care. We particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. An excellent lunch from every perspective. Quality food and sophisticated dishes, the perfect combination to leave you satisfied. One of the best (if not THE best) seafood restaurants between Chieti and Pescara, in my opinion. The place is nice and very quiet. Prices are reasonable for a high-end restaurant. A truly exceptional experience.

We've been there twice already, and the quality/price/ambience ratio is simply spectacular if you want a refined atmosphere, high quality, and also adequate portions.

The food was excellent, with a cascade of chitarrina and then excellent calamari and scampi skewers! The courtesy was top-notch! Good value for money!

Mai, in vita mia, ho mangiato una tale quantità di antipasti. Vari, deliziosi, magistralmente impiattati e abilmente presentati da un personale di sala cordiale e gentile. Prezzi adeguati.

Buona la prima direbbe qualche regista… si devo dire che ho trovato un locale molto accogliente e molto ospitale dal personale alla proprietà. Carta vini equilibrata, servizio impeccabile e tanto gusto a tavola. Ottimi i piatti scelti dai crudi ai caldi, buonissima la frittura senza glutine di cui ringrazio per la sensibilità verso questo problema alimentare. Consigliato vivamente!
