Nice quaint place. Great service, attentive and friendly. The bread is either olive or peperoncino and is delicious! I had the spaghetti and clams without the peperoncini. It was ok. Nothing spectacular but good. Prices decent.

The bread was excellent, homemade, and truly delicious. We also really enjoyed the house wine. The risotto was excellent, one of the best dishes: creamy and flavorful. The veal Milanese (“elephant ear”) was good, but not particularly impressive for my taste. That said, the ossobuco was very good, and the dessert was truly excellent. Overall, excellent value, a pleasant and well-kept place. A place I would gladly return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every time we travel as a family from Athens to Milan, Trattoria Antonio is consistently our first choice. The food is simply excellent: the fillet is amazing, soft and perfectly cooked, the pizza is unique and the carbonara is truly unbeatable, a perfect 10 without a second thought. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff is very kind, helpful and always with a smile and real love for what they do. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and taste it offers. A shop that makes us feel at home and that is worth every visit. We highly recommend it!

We were there for lunch and ate inside. Authentic Italian, full of employees from the surrounding offices. The waiters were typically grim-looking, but the service was great. The Bolognese and tuna tartare were excellent.

Over 12 months on in September 2025 we came back and again had the scallopini limone and it was again outstanding. This time with mash and applepie with icecream to finish off. No sign of Antonio who is now in his early 80s and slowing down a bit. We ca't wait until next time to do it all again. This was a truly memorable eveningg in MIlan. The wine and beer before after and during dinner was enjoyable and the Veal with limone was outstanding. Followed up with tiramasu for desert it was one of the culinary highlights of our European trip at 87 Euros it was good value.The pizza with fresh ham(15 euro) the next day was spectacular as well. It was interesting to see that the Boss still had the same demenour (grumpy).

25/01/2026: Very welcoming restaurant. The staff is very helpful. We had the murales appetizer for two, which was really good and plentiful. The gnocchi were excellent, and the pizza was delicious. We'll definitely be back.
