The service is one of its absolute strengths: extremely polite, well-trained, prompt, and highly professional waiters. The dining room is managed with precision and discretion, conveying confidence and competence at every stage of service. As for the cuisine, I chose the seafood menu, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first course: extremely fresh, locally sourced fish, presented with respect. In some dishes, the ratio of seasonings to the main ingredient seemed slightly unbalanced, but the excellence of the product prevailed, making the gastronomic experience more than enjoyable. The restaurant has a distinctly romantic feel. I dined with my wife and was welcomed into a secluded room with just a few tables, ensuring intimacy, tranquility, and the perfect atmosphere for an evening spent together. This attention is not to be taken for granted, demonstrating sensitivity toward the guest. I will definitely return. And who knows, maybe one day I'll befriend the owner and suggest, with a smile, one of the more daring fish carpaccios on the menu—joking aside, the creative potential is there. In conclusion, Remo – Villa Cariolato is a restaurant absolutely worth a visit and one I highly recommend to anyone seeking quality, professionalism, and an elegant, romantic setting.

I discovered this renowned restaurant for a business lunch. I had lunch in an intimate and private room. A raw fish appetizer and a mixed boiled meat... It seems like a strange menu, but it was very popular. And the discretion of dining in the private rooms is a plus.

Several small rooms in a historic villa guarantee privacy and tranquility. The atmosphere is refined and elegant. The menu offers meat and fish dishes at medium-high prices. I tried the fondue and chips tart and the fried fish. Both were very good.

Very beautiful and elegant restaurant. The table service was attentive and professional. The dishes were very refined, carefully prepared and always well presented. In short, a high-end restaurant, certainly immersed in a historic villa. The only sore point that ruined the evening was the room being cold. Unfortunately, eating in the cold is the worst thing. There were four of us and we couldn't wait to leave. What a shame! This ruined the magic of a magical place.

The dishes are of the highest quality, with meticulous attention to the ingredients (the raw scampi seem freshly pulled from the sea...despite being inland) and the preparation, which is innovative yet traditional. The fried seafood is worthy of applause. The care is evident in every dish. The wines are in keeping with the dishes, top-notch, and all at a very reasonable price. If you want to make a good impression, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

An elegant structure with a beautiful park and centuries-old trees, the interior is divided into rooms that guarantee privacy and confidentiality. I would have expected better, more varied and elaborate cuisine given the excellent location and service.
