Everything was excellent, both in terms of the restaurant and the staff. We had the chestnut ravioli: unbeatable. For our main course, the sliced steak and duck breast were both exceptional. Finally, the desserts were out of this world.

It's always a pleasant surprise to discover a restaurant that, beneath its simple appearance, hides a quality menu at more than fair prices.
The exquisite cured meats are served with a type of fried dumpling called "sgabei" here.
For starters, we enjoyed excellent ravioli with meat sauce and delicious tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.
For main courses, we were satisfied with both the sliced steak and the fillet with porcini mushrooms. A special mention goes to the fried cod with crispy onions.
In addition to a well-stocked wine cellar, the restaurant also offers three different house wines, one of which was excellent.
The Chantilly cup with meringues and blueberries was also interesting.
The service could be more prompt, but it's always courteous.

If you want to savor the flavors of Lunigiana, if you find yourself in Equi Terme, head to Trattoria da Remo, where you'll find authentic and truly delicious dishes. The place isn't quaint, but it's charming and reflects the old trattorias, with spacious rooms and plenty of tables. The appetizer is different from the usual selection of cold cuts and cheeses, but includes meatballs, beans, semolina flan, herb tart, crepes, and prosciutto crudo (delicious). As for the first courses, there's a variety to choose from, but we ordered the trio of Fassona, Chianina, and Wagyu beef tartare, and given the season, exceptional fried mushrooms. Try it, and also take a tour of the caves and museum—it's worth it.

If you are looking for traditional italian cousine this is THAT place. Locals and very kind stuff members give you everything you want from italian traditional food experience. Pasta and pizza was 10/10. Tiramisu was sweet end of this experience. I higly recommend this location.
