The steak and fillet are truly superb, cooked to perfection and quality is top-notch. The tartare is also excellent, prepared with great care. The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the service is professional and friendly, always top-notch. The meat is spectacular, the mushrooms are good, the place is good, quality comes at a price... it's better to spend a little more and eat well than to save 20 euros and eat rubbish.

As always we ate very well, especially the Florentine steak, cooked perfectly that enhances the flavor of the highest quality meat, everything excellent from appetizers to first courses including desserts. Tastefully renovated place. Welcoming atmosphere, attentive but never intrusive service and a passion for detail that is perceived in every dish. The wine selection is also excellent, with Lorenzo recommending the right pairing. For me a Guarantee.

We came to this restaurant for the second time in a few weeks, it is 15 km from home, in the Nievole valley and with this heat, given where it is located, it brings you back to the world, with temperatures significantly lower than Montecatini Terme or Pistoia and a breeze that gives you further confirmation that you have booked in the right place. We decided to return for the quality of the raw material, how it is treated but also for the impeccable and at the same time friendly service of the manager and his collaborators.
The fillet steak is the best I have ever eaten, as was the previous time....then served with a pan of porcini mushrooms....what can I say...it is the apotheosis.
To finish, the cream and grand marnier sorbet is the seal of a wonderful evening.
Well done! I can only recommend your restaurant to anyone I know

Delicious traditional dishes from Tuscany with porcini mushrooms and "tagliata/fiorentina" beef steak as main ingredients. If you want to taste real Tuscan food you won't be disappointed in restaurant Pellegrino. You can also "build" your dessert choosing a base like cheesecake or panna cotta and multiple toppings for example chocolate and pistacchio.

Ci siamo stati due volte, la prima per funghi e bistecca e la seconda per provare anche i primi... Tutto buonissimo, ma il top è il carpaccio, fenomenale!
Qualità prezzo ottima, così come la carta dei vini e il servizio. Consigliatissimo!
