An impeccable dinner! The location is private and with attention to the smallest details, The service is perfect, a pampering and attention that makes the difference, the girl who took care of our table was exceptional. The quality of the products is very high! The tuna tartare is perhaps one of the best I have ever eaten, the first courses are exceptional and there is an important selection of wines. I would definitely go again and recommend it to everyone, a truly great discovery in the heart of Cagliari

I had the privilege of dining at Marino's at St. Remy. In addition to food with top quality raw materials, I enormously appreciated the enthusiasm and professionalism of the owner, who has a deep background in high-level catering, but knows how to be welcoming and affable without sacrificing form. It was very pleasant to spend an evening at his restaurant and be able to appreciate the dishes of his partner in the kitchen. Absolutely an experience not to be missed. Noteworthy is the red tuna carpaccio with negroni reduction which enhances but does not alter the raw material. Amazing place!

The taste was balanced to perfection, and each bite was a unique sensory experience. The croquettes served as a starter were crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside, with a touch of cream that added an extra dimension to the flavour. This seemingly simple dish was executed with a mastery that only a restaurant of this caliber can offer. The main course, a mix of seafood on a base of rich and tasty tomato sauce, was a triumph of Mediterranean flavours. Each piece of fish was cooked to perfection, maintaining a tender texture and fresh, natural flavour. The bread basket was another pleasant surprise. The variety and quality of the bread was excellent, with each type offering a different tasting experience, perfectly paired with the main dishes. The service was on par with the cuisine, with attentive, professional staff always ready to satisfy every request. The atmosphere of the restaurant, elegant and welcoming, made the whole evening even more special. Molti i punti di forza: - la grande qualità del cibo - il carisma del titolare che spiega con passione ogni pietanza - la professionalità del servizio, super disponibile, molto veloce, sempre discerto - l'estetica affascinante e tentacolare del locale - l'accorteza per i dettagli ed i servizi in più, per esempio: kit omaggio per lavare i denti a disposizione nei bagni, un set di occhiali con diverse gradazioni (se un avventore non dovesse averli con sè), ecc... Una grande scoperta, sono certo che tornerò al mio prossimo viaggio a Cagliari.

Da marino si entra in una dimensione elegante e cordiale che viene stemperata dall’accoglienza ed empatia di Marino e il suo staff. Il menù scelto personalmente dal ristoratore propone varie scelte che avrei provato dall’inizio alla fine. Qualità indiscutibile e prezzi giusti. Uno dei migliori in zona.
