Professional and attentive service. The bread basket and homemade breadsticks are an irresistible temptation. You're approaching culinary heaven with the tartare of tuna with black truffle (origin from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines), so fragrant and flavorful it rivals white truffle. Elaborate yet essential dishes, not over-the-top pairings. If the evening is quiet, chatting with Marino is an experience worthy of being included on the restaurant menu, and I must personally thank Silvana for it. Passion, attention to detail, and quality are the ingredients of Marino's well-deserved and long-lasting success. Be careful not to behave, otherwise you risk a yellow card (a secret to be discovered) 😜
