Da Luciano In Grado

Ristorante Pizzeria Da Luciano is a good place to eat. The portions are generous, and the cappellunghe were really good. There's plenty of space for outdoor seating, which is especially convenient when the weather is nice. The prices are slightly lower than average, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a good experience.

The food was very good. But the service, except for one gentleman, really didn't impress, which is a shame. Otherwise the rating could have been much better.

Well, it was raining and we were glad that the pizzeria was open for lunch. Before we could even look, we were invited in. We had to decline the boss's attempt to sell us the best fish in Italy, as he put it, because we really only wanted a bite to eat. We ordered a large beer, but this ended up being a 0.25. The pasta and pizza tasted okay, but nothing more. The pizza was almost cold and the crust had been crispy for maybe a quarter of an hour before. I've had better toppings on the pizza, especially since the mushrooms weren't fresh. As for the bill, it was more than reasonable. The small beer, however, was billed as a large one. We wouldn't recommend it here.

Delicious food at a very good price-performance ratio. What was particularly remarkable: although it was the end of the season and the restaurant was still very busy, meaning all the staff were quite exhausted after three months of stress, everyone was incredibly friendly and the owner treated his employees with great respect! We'll definitely be back!

The gentleman standing at the entrance with the menu didn't say good evening, but wanted to take us straight to our table, even though we only wanted to look at the menu. While we were looking, he kept saying, "We have everything you'd find in Italy here (the food selection here is quite small compared to many other restaurants; for example, there was no carbonara, which is quite popular in Italy), this isn't the best restaurant in Grado, but it's the best in all of Italy..." he said. Nevertheless, we went in. Apart from the gentleman at the entrance, all the waiters and cooks in the restaurant were very polite. The salad arrived five seconds after we ordered it (so it had already been waiting and had probably been for some time). The food was very good, though, except for the fact that the prices were quite normal for normal portions. The portions here are small, which ultimately made it expensive for the food (see pictures). Also, a 0.33l can of Coke, iced tea, etc. costs €4! That's just outrageous! If there were also a price rating among the other three that Google provides, I would give it one star without hesitation.

The food was good and plentiful. Excellent value for money. My only complaint was that the mixed antipasto was perhaps a little too oily. The atmosphere is a bit lacking due to the music from the restaurant next door, which I found quite annoying. Overall, a good restaurant.

We were a bit skeptical because of the various reviews that suggested the food was average. We each had seafood pasta dishes, and I have to say they were excellent. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, and the staff works very quickly. After the restaurant had been open for 30 minutes, there was already a line outside. This shows that a rating of 4.0 is understated. Despite the line outside, you don't get the feeling you should leave your table quickly after eating. All in all, a top-notch restaurant. Please keep up the good work!

Excellent restaurant with good food, a slightly chaotic atmosphere, but always ready to accommodate all needs. This is our second time back in three years...
