The restaurant is very nice. The food is fantastic. However, you have to be careful to ask how much the "catch of the day" costs per kilo.
We had a wonderfully fresh fish, but it cost us €200. Even the wine with dessert was much cheaper in comparison. Other restaurants state in their menus that you should ask for the price per kilo. I didn't see that here, and we were surprised.

One of the best pasta that we have tried in Sicily! We have ordered pasta with shrimps and it was delicious. Definitely a strong recommendation!

The swordfish egg pasta is a little strange at first, but once you finish it, the sauce is spectacular, and it seems like you don't want to finish.
The kids had pasta with tomato sauce and breaded chicken breast with fries, and they were delighted, and we were even more so.
The sardines alla beccafico were delicious. I wouldn't order them again, but they had to be tried since it's a typical Sicilian dish. The man is super helpful and very kind.
My partner got the seafood dish with shrimp, swordfish, and I think sea bream, too, and it was a little overcooked for our taste, but it had flavor.
Thank you family for being there for our stop!

Welcoming atmosphere, professional, kind, and friendly service.
The fish appetizer was excellent, then we ordered two main courses: capon with onion and roasted cavagnole.
Fresh fish was recommended when ordering.

The selection was excellent, with mostly fish-based dishes. We chose fried fish, swordfish rolls, and Pantesca pasta as a side, all delicious. Delicious gelato and tiramisu to round things off. Impeccable service.

Ho cenato in questo locale con la mia ragazza. Peccato per i primi che non abbiamo potuto assaggiare poiché ci è stato comunicato che a causa di un guasto al bollitore non potevano essere preparati. Cena molto nella media per chi è abituato a mangiare pesce nei ristoranti, niente di speciale. Il piatto di antipasti buoni ma troppo costoso per quello che abbiamo mangiato ( 20€ per poco pesce e tutto cotto, nessun crudo), fritturina mista e insalata pantesca buoni ma niente di che. Ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso il tonno con la cipolla, buono e ben cucinato. Nel complesso cena nella media e conto troppo salato per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Personale gentile.

We were recommended to Da Giannino from one of the ceramic shops as we had gone to Santo Stefano di. Camastra to buy pasta bowls.
The restaurant was attractive and clean and had a real family feel to it. After staying in Palermo for the previous week it was a refreshing change from the “Tourist “ restaurants and we were the only English people in there! The food was amazing, delicious with generous portions and prices extremely reasonable. We will definitely return when we’re next in the area.
