The waiter was absolutely great. He floated across the parquet. Every restaurant owner wants a waiter like that. Food was very good.

Very large selection of pizza at reasonable prices. Preparing the pizzas took less time than it took us to decide on what to order. The house wine (red and white) was surprisingly good and very cheap. Friendly service that gets busy at peak times. Only after we had eaten and most of the tables in the entire restaurant were empty did we feel a bit left alone by the service, for example the plates weren't cleared away for a long time.

We read several reviews, positive and negative, and hesitated to go there, as it is important to have your own experience. When we saw the card we wanted to leave because it was way too big, it's a catalog and in general this kind of card doesn't attract us, we always have doubts about the quality when there are too many BUT ultimately good Surprise, Mrs. had the fried fish and loved it and I had a pizza which I also liked. And to finish in style, the tiramisu is really very good and very fresh, very reasonable price too. The service was very fast unlike the other comments we read (we went there at the end of September)

28/08/2024: Years later I rediscover the taste, quality, kindness and traditional and genuine flavours. If you want to be on the safe side, look no further. Various ways to eat mussels, fish and meat as well as pizza. The versatility of the menu does not affect expectations. Sardinia will remain more impressed by remembering the taste of what you can find at Il Salsero.
28/08/2024: BHA incredible tour around half of Italy but I've seen few places like this, welcome with a first level smile, all very kind staff, exceptional MUSSELS and everything else too!!! I believe it is the best in San Teodoro and I won't go any further so as not to offend other businesses in the area!
