Amazing service, wonderful room, everything spotlessly clean, unique view..you could hear the waves crashing below the balcony..so impeccable, not even 5 stars..really impressive..we spent almost two days there as it was a stopover we made before Venice..we liked Mauricio a lot, so friendly..Unique experience..prefer it and you won't miss it..also excellent food in the restaurant..August 2025..

Excellent restaurant in a quiet location with a spectacular lake view. The food is excellent. Mainly lake fish, but also pizza and a daily menu.
Friendly and professional service.
Definitely worth a try.

The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful location in the small town of Lezzeno. The rooms were very clean, as were the restrooms. The view of Lake Como stole our hearts. The breakfast was delicious, with cold cuts, cheeses, chocolate croissants, delicious coffee, and many other tasty treats. The owners were friendly; we will definitely be back!

Starting with the hotel itself, the room we stayed in was basic but it was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities. The restaurant was incredible, and even the prices are very reasonable, the pizza being surprisingly cheap. Service was great and the breakfast included in the hotel was subtle but definitely enough with free coffee. The location was perfect, just 3 minutes away from the bus stop and an incredible view from the hotel itself.
