My family voted the best hotel for our Italy trip! The view from our room is amazing! Good breakfast buffet with freshly baked croissant, ham, cheese, fruits, etc. Good location with only 10 minutes drive to Bellagio. It might be inconvenience to reach if you don’t have a car. There are about 4-5 free parking spots right on the property.

Hotel and restaurant in a very good location on Lake Como. We got there during a heavy downpour, and getting there in such conditions was difficult, but I think that on sunny days there is no such problem. The place is right on the lake, and the restaurant has a really beautiful view of the water. If you look closely, you can see the Star Wars villa right on the other side of the lake. Very nice staff, very polite and respectful towards the customer, the rooms have their own atmosphere, but looking at the prices, it is really decent. I liked it there very much, we spent a nice evening in the hotel restaurant, and in the morning we had a delicious breakfast there. I recommend!

Welcoming location with a suggestive view of the lake and the surrounding hills. Average service. Objectively well cooked dishes, but decidedly small portions even for those who, like myself, are certainly not a fan of binge eating (I took a grilled whitefish which did not exceed 50/60 g, the same as my wife's meal). Decent level wine list, but definitely overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area. Decent desserts. Final price quite high for what we ate. In conclusion, a pleasant evening, but nothing more. I don't think I will go back.

Local place it was Delicious, very nice spot with nice terrace, very friendly staff nd good prices, we went for dinner.

I went to the Resturant - I was driving there and decided to find a local small place to eat and we did- be aware from the road going down- but it's totally worth it. The staff speak good English The location is heavenly remarkable Don't set inside - you are missing the life Outside with the waves sounds ! Your will enjoy it as I did Me and my kids asked for different types of food Pizza Spaghetti with sea food Calamari And all options were remarkable The good with the scenes makes the perfect moment I totally recommend visiting this place The prices is less higher than other similar places but totally understandable taking the location in consideration but still less then the USA .

Amazing view! The hotel is located at a small beach that gives you the access to swim in the lake. Restaurant was also good, small portions but gorgeous view and aesthetic.

Excellent food in a beautiful location with excellent service what more can you ask for in Italy, It is best to book. The tagliatelle with the lake trout or perch with a tomato sauce is wonderfull

Great hotel on the banks of Lake Como with a magnificent view from the restaurant terrace. The staff was really nice and made the effort to speak French. The rooms are air-conditioned and large enough for 4. The only downside is no view of the lake 😭 and not very well soundproofed. The restaurant is great with typical Italian dishes and local fish. Very good value for money. Free parking on site and breathtaking views. To do as a couple ✌️

The hotel is super comfortable and easy to get to, Google Maps does not leave you in the exact place but they have arrows on the route that show you where it is. It has a super comfortable descent to the beach with incredible views. The room is very nice and we got one with a beautiful lake view. Plus the rest is a 10.

I loved the view that the sound of the sea has while you talk you eat, nice cozy place, very good pizzas there
