There was a special menu for gluten-free dishes, which are prepared in a separate kitchen. The service was super friendly, attentive and trained. The food was very tasty and we really enjoyed eating there.

Welcoming and warm, with an atmosphere rich in tradition. Original dishes with roots in typical Sardinian cuisine but in a modern way with special attention to seasonality. Highly recommended!!

The experience stems from a business dinner a few evenings ago. Without further ado, I found some really excellent food and in the right quantities. The service was attentive and friendly, perhaps a little slow. The place is very pleasant, with that elegant historical touch; I liked the fact that there are benches with cushions in some parts of the tables. The house wine is also excellent and the choice of wines in the cellar is interesting. To return.

Abbiamo festeggiato i 70 anni di mio papà, siamo venuti in Sardegna in quanto lui sardo e quindi aveva la voglia di ritornare alle origini. In questo ristorante le origini e le tradizioni le si respira, le si osserva e le si mangia. Un bel ristorante caratteristico con un personale gentile, sorridente (vi assicuro che non è da sottovalutare come aspetto), competente e disponibile. Rispetto ad altri posti ha più opzioni vegetariane (io lo sono). Scelto bene, ed è stata un’ottima serata. Grazie mille

Giardini Malaspina Ristorante

27/12/2024: We were guests for two days at Christmas, what can I say, Maria and Francesco were very kind, the rooms were spacious and clean, the food was good, including the pizza. I highly recommend going there.
03/10/2024: Came only to eat...excellent. Tasty cuisine. Sardinian specialties. Very friendly staff. We went up at night from the old Bosa bridge, you should not follow the Google route but take the path which goes up to the castle, do not branch off there but continue straight on for 350m passing in front of the Azienda agricola Francina.
