I have been to you on the recommendation of several of your fellow citizens Nothing to complain about your cuisine but I have to give you a humble piece of advice regarding the service... I may have had the best of my many dinners... but I would hardly have returned because I did not feel comfortable with the table service of your supposedly expert collaborator... in that role you have to leave aside personal problems and always be available and listen to customers... perhaps with a serene and sincere smile... otherwise you stay at home or go to the kitchen... in contact with the pots. I'm sorry but I hope it's a constructive criticism for your beautiful company because I know how many sacrifices there are behind the beautiful image Good work to everyone

Hospitality, kindness and excellent food, especially raw food. Simone and Claudio of a unique kindness. I, with my Scampitellesse, Trevicana and Vaddatara group, experienced a beautiful day with excellent live music.

We had dinner two evenings in a row, enjoying many delicacies from raw to desserts and in particular the truly exceptional linguine with sea urchins, impeccable service, friendliness and great professionalism of the owner and waiters, a real discovery, we will absolutely return!!!!

Il Ristorante “Cottura Media” ha ampiamente superato le mie aspettative. Offre un’autentica cucina italiana con un'atmosfera intima e accogliente. L’antipasto pieno di specialità di pesce, tutto prelibato e delizioso. Il servizio è eccellente con il maître Claudio e il cameriere Ruggiero. In particolare ho assaporato una molteplice specialità di antipasti di pesce molto coreografici ma soprattutto gustosissimi. Il primo piatto tagliolini allo scorfano è stato perfetto e prelibato. La frittura freschissima e leggera. I dolci di produzione propria sono stati superlativi. Non ho dubbi: tornerò!" Complimenti davvero!

consigliato da guida locale ci accomodiamo in questo ristorante nei paraggi del duomo di Trani; l'antipasto molto scarno presenta una pecca ingiustificabile ossia il fritto di paranza freddo inoltre viene servita la zuppa di cozze pur avendo ordinato anche gli spaghetti con cozze; buona la parmigiana di pesce; arrivano linguine alle vongole invece che spaghettoni di gragnano ahimè molto salate. cameriere molto attento. con un conto x 3 pp. suoeriore a 100 euro non offrono neanche il caffè. sopravvalutato
