For many years, it's been a go-to place for modern macrobiotic cuisine with a wide selection of vegan options. I've stopped here many times for lunch, preferring the one-pot meal, which is always perfectly balanced. The food is also very varied; I don't think I've ever eaten the same thing. It's a quiet place, even when busy. It's always best to book a table. Colleagues who eat omnivores have told me the tortellini are exceptional; it's worth a visit.
[Addition: I apologize for the mistake; I called their stuffed pasta "tortellini," which obviously isn't meat-based... we non-Bolognese tend to call all tortellino-shaped pasta that, but obviously they're vegetarian here!]

A gem on Strada Maggiore, just steps from the Two Towers. Perfect for everyone, vegans, vegetarians, and non-vegetarians alike. The only thing you won't find here is meat (thank goodness!). The place is small but very welcoming. Reservations recommended!

On a trip to Bologna at the end of December, my partner and I were looking for a place that would accommodate both of our food intolerances. We found this restaurant online, with excellent reviews that I wholeheartedly endorse. The dishes were well-prepared, tasty yet light, and most importantly, we left feeling full! Highly recommended; next time we're in Bologna, we'll definitely be back!

I've been going to this restaurant for many years and recommend it to everyone! The food is delicious and carefully prepared, with a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as excellent fresh fish. The menu varies with daily specials, so if you return, you'll always find something new. Fair prices. Professional service. My only complaint: it's very small, so there's a bit of space between tables.

I discovered this vegetarian-vegan restaurant and was thrilled! The food is truly delicious: carefully prepared, flavorful, and creative dishes, perfect even for those who don't follow a vegetarian diet. The real surprise was the apple pie: simply fantastic, soft and fragrant, a must-try. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service make the experience even more enjoyable. An absolute discovery that I recommend without hesitation!
