Sunny day in June, but they have two rooms, one of which is air-conditioned to please everyone. We arrived with two German shepherds and they didn't "sciati" (worried) to put it in Genoese terms. We had two pairs of appetizers each, Fassona tartare with summer truffle and cooked and raw porcini mushrooms with a currant reduction. We hadn't eaten so well in a long time. Beautiful, you feel at home and I ate very well, excellent wines and top service.

Overall, I felt the restaurant was a little on the pricey side. For example, the Bunet pudding costs more here than at Baratti & Milano in Turin, which was unexpected. €18 for a plate of cold and warm mushrooms also seemed a bit much. The rest of the food was fine, though nothing that particularly stood out. Service was okay — nothing to complain about, but nothing special either. Would I return? Probably not, but I’m glad I gave it a try.

Being in Casale for a parachute jump, we took the opportunity to have lunch in the town center. Welcoming and tastefully furnished restaurant, friendly staff, we ate an excellent meat tartare, a delicious veal with tuna sauce and agnolotti with super white ragù!! The Ruchè wine recommended by the very kind Silvia was also excellent. Recommended.

Refined atmosphere, excellent cuisine, friendly staff, we were passing through Casale Monferrato and the owner of the B&B recommended this restaurant to us, I must say that we were very well advised.

We had lunch at this excellent restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the location, food and service. Let's start by saying that the place is well furnished and very clean and creates a very welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The dishes are exceptional, in particular we tasted the stuffed courgette flowers as an appetizer which were out of this world (a dish worthy of a starred restaurant). The first courses were also excellent: agnolotti with white ragù and tagliolini with artichoke cream and sausage (the latter really good). Finally, the desserts are also excellent, delicious raspberry cheesecake. To close, the service completed an already perfect picture. The waitress was very kind and helpful and above all super efficient. Compliments!

We waited about 1 hour to receive the menus. They missed the order and my dish arrived 20 minutes after all the others. Excellent food but service to be reviewed!

Che dire, piatti squisiti con una, menzione particolare per i plin. Ambiente accogliente, carta dei vini super, musica di sottofondo top è poi si respira basket

Ho pranzato in questo tipico locale piemontese degustando i seguenti piatti: polenta fritta con castagne e bollito misto con varie salsine il tutto accompagnato da un buon barbera superiore! Consiglio a tutti di provare questa cucina con prezzi in linea alla qualità delle materie prime.
