Fabulous lunch!
I rarely give 5 stars, but I think in this case they're all deserved. Everything was consistent, and yet it continued to amaze me: the location, the decor, the dishes, the food, the service... I could go on, except that lunch was quite short due to my commitments. We'll be back soon. Well done.

A cozy and welcoming little restaurant just outside the historic center, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the bar famous for its krumiri.
Friendly staff, quick service.
Good breadsticks, delicious agnolotti, and a very pleasant tartare, including the egg yolk sauce, which went very well.
Recommended if you're passing through Casale.
Very fair bill, excellent value.

Truly a little place worth a visit. The atmosphere is quaint, the food is excellent, and the service is very attentive. The boiled meats, served at the table in a pot with broth that keeps them warm, are noteworthy. I will definitely be back.

Good morning. The food was excellent, but the service was a bit slow because we waited 25 minutes for a first course. I also think it's a bit excessive to pay €18 for fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, especially considering the small portions.

We came to Casale on a trip because the town is always beautiful and Rossi's krumiri are always appealing, so we had to choose a place for lunch.
I trusted the reviews, and I was right!
A truly delicious place.
The staff is kind and attentive, and the food is truly fantastic.
We tried the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and hazelnuts, the pumpkin cream soup, the pumpkin and chocolate cake, and of course the krumiri.
Everything was delicious and made with quality ingredients.
I highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon on my next visit for Rossi's krumiri (which you can enjoy for dessert with a fantastic warm Novi cream).
