Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes, especially the braised meat, which melts in your mouth!
Definitely a place where you can enjoy good food accompanied by a good wine.

Very nice and well-kept place. Positioned in the center, with large internal space.
Traditional Piedmontese menu revisited very well. Excellent dishes from starters to desserts, including wines.
Excellent service, reasonable value for money.

Modern atmosphere with a retro pop touch. Friendly, smiling and quick staff. High quality raw materials. I tasted the Castelmagno and hazelnut gnocchi, fantastic seasoning, gnocchi that are guilty of overcooking which disturb the sensorial experience. Classic cutting board but with very high quality cured meats. Boiled meat with various sauces made as per tradition. Sweet potato fries, wonderful. Ultimately, a good evening, to be repeated if possible.

Truly a wonderful place, we took the tasting menu and it was excellent, the staff was ready to offer alternatives for any intolerance problems... exemplary and good wine, truly an excellent experience, congratulations to the staff!

Starting from the assumption that the owners were immediately exquisite as they welcomed us as if we were at home, the dishes were superlative. The wines are also excellent.
Super pet friendly (Bonnie appreciated the cookies).
Next time we return to Monferrato, it will be our fixed stop.
