Modern atmosphere with a retro pop touch. Friendly, smiling and quick staff. High quality raw materials. I tasted the Castelmagno and hazelnut gnocchi, fantastic seasoning, gnocchi that are guilty of being overcooked and which disturb the sensorial experience. Classic cutting board but with very high quality cured meats. Boiled meat with various sauces made as per tradition. Sweet potato fries, wonderful. Ultimately, a good evening, to be repeated if possible.

Starting from the assumption that the owners were immediately exquisite as they welcomed us as if we were at home, the dishes were superlative. The wines are also excellent.
Super pet friendly (Bonnie appreciated the cookies).
Next time we return to Monferrato, it will be our fixed stop.

Scelto dopo aver letto le recensioni , confermo anzi aggiungo che il posto è proprio molto ben curato . La cucina di buon livello con piatti ricercati dai sapori semplici
Io sono vegetariana e mi sono proprio trovata bene
Antipasto un tagliere con cacciatorino che ha mangiato mio marito e gorgonzola con pane tostato al sale grosso !tutto accompagnato da giardiniera in agrodolce da loro preparata ,una favola !
Per primo gnocchi di patate pomodorini e confit con ricotta salata e costoletta alla milanese
Una birra dell’acqua .
Trovo che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia più che onesto
