What an unexpected surprise! We stumbled upon Nicolò's restaurant and were captivated. Delicious food, spectacular wine, and a pleasant chat with the owner. The decor is unique, creating a sense of time gone by. I'll be back soon!

25/11/2025: There's no place like Cavallo Bianco. Expertise, courtesy, and availability. The lunches are exceptional, both in terms of satisfaction and taste. The cuisine is varied, with traditional specialties. From raw meat to tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and the extraordinary gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese. A place that, if you know it, you'll surely return with great pleasure. Congratulations and Ad Maiora!
20/11/2025: Historic restaurant in the town center. An absolute must. Delicious food, fast and knowledgeable staff. Tried both for lunch (business menu excellent value) and dinner. Always a guarantee. The pizzas are a must-try, with a light and digestible dough. Highly recommended!
