A unique experience, definitely the place to go if you want to broaden and deepen your wine knowledge. The food here is excellent, BUT THE DRINK IS EVEN BETTER.

Nikolo was a wonderful host ! I had only one night in Alba so could not visit any nearby wineries. Nikolo showed us maps of the area and gave us information about different appellations, with great detail. Wine by the glass is chosen by him daily (fantastic). He also booked us a local Osteria (restaurant) which was a highlight of our trip. I would absolutely recommend stopping by for a wine or the whole evening

A charming, welcoming, and convivial place. Good cuisine, featuring some very tasty local dishes that pair perfectly with the wines, both local and international, offered in a wide variety and recommended with expertise and passion. Well done!

02/06/2026: Beautiful place to dine. A bit of a challenge going up the hill. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The staff were helpful with the wine. Highly recommended!
31/05/2026: An extraordinary hotel, nestled between the rock and the city's fortifications. Superbly appointed rooms, a very good restaurant with a remarkable wine list. Well worth a visit.

Osteria La Bocca Buona

02/06/2026: We chose this restaurant somewhat by chance on Google, with no real expectations other than lunch, but we were truly delighted. Exceptional dishes and truly excellent service. We got lost in conversation about local traditions with (who I believe is) the owner, and, probably seeing our curiosity, he offered us the variation on the tagliolini our grandparents used to eat (with red wine). This attention to customer service truly surprised us. I'd give it 6 stars.
11/05/2026: Very nice location, excellent food. The only flaw is that the waitress isn't very friendly...in fact, the prices are average.
