You have to walk there as it's located right in the center of town. You wouldn't find this place by chance without directions. Google Maps helped me with this. A small tavern under the porticoes with a few tables outside. Reservations are highly recommended. This delicatessen is so small that, when you call, they ask you which lunch hour you want: 12:00 or 2:00 PM. But these small inconveniences are compensated by the excellent products served with such passion by the owners and their family. The quality, though served in a rustic, unpretentious manner, comes at a slightly higher price. But they know how to do it. I appreciated everything, and especially the coffee served at the end in a moka pot. Things from another era.

Just a stone's throw from the Rocca di Fontanellato, this delicatessen is one of those places where, upon entering for the first time, you know you'll want to return. Authentic flavors and aromas, excellent cured meats, and friendly staff. The moka pot of coffee was an unexpected surprise and the perfect end to our lunch at a quiet table next to a shelf displaying "Carmencita e Miguel" ceramics.

What a wonderful experience! The highlight is definitely the cured meats.
At the first bite, you close your eyes and experience an orgasmic moment.
They melt in your mouth, truly delicious.
Must be paired with the torta fritta.
The service is typical of a business with a lovely Emilian touch: informal, loving, attentive, and precise. They frequently pass between the tables to check if everything is okay, without ever being intrusive or pushy.
We also had tagliatelle (7) and tortelli (8) for the first course, then guanciale (8) for the second course.
Last but not least: coffee is served directly at the table, using a moka pot.
