The place is closed during the coldest periods of the year as it is a "summer" location. We ate very well. I recommend the beef tartare. The area used for those who want to order pizza is a little darker as it is "further down" while the restaurant department is located in the highest area of ​​the structure. Some tables overlook (not the Spanish Steps). Courteous staff. We were only sorry that they didn't let us participate in the cut we chose (but a few tables further on). Fair account in relation to the location.

My mother and I were very lucky to come here on their last day for the season 2024. Our waiter, Romano, was extremely professional and pleasant, and the food was delish. Such a treat - and with a fab view!

Waiters have terrible behavior. If you came here not to eat, but, for example, to drink wine with dessert, they will ignore you and make a face 😂

We only stopped in for a quick bite and for Gelato. The Gelato was great! The bagel with cheese and ham sandwhich was pretty good as well. We sat out on the patio late afternoon and the views with the sunsetting was breath taking.

I understand that it is written on our faces that we are tourists and not locals, but there is no need to be so impudent in making fools of us. I see this is not the first time this situation has happened in this establishment. We were just the two of us and ordered pizza; I wasn’t hungry. They brought two pizzas, to my surprise the waiter sternly said, yes, only two pizzas. Like, do we have to order pizza for everyone? Where are these laws? In short, he blatantly sold us a second pizza for 14 euros. If, when ordering, he had voiced this “rule” and I had agreed to it, then I would have chosen some other pizza with a different taste, and not the same thing. Yes, we don’t mind, our appetite came during the meal and, fortunately, it won’t go away, we ate everything) but the approach is Mama Mia, it would be better if they were more courteous to our desires, and not treated so arrogantly.
