We stayed last night in a double room, first at the pub and then upstairs at the restaurant. The place is truly charming and takes you back in time. The staff is super helpful and friendly, but the food? Divine! We had pici, tagliata, sautéed vegetables, burgers, and desserts. Everything was delicious, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous romantic dinner. A loggia with real Roman columns, soft lighting, excellent food, excellent wine, and a view of this incredible Renaissance palace. The two brothers who own it also pleasantly and passionately told us about the history of the place. Superb. Plus, it was a Sunday evening in October, and we were the only ones there...

The owner exudes pride, and rightly so, as she recounts the distant origins of her restaurant: wonderful. The food is excellent, as is the service.

Superb location with a bar area, patio/concert lounge, and restaurant. Very good food, wines, quality products, excellent advice, attentive and helpful staff. Should be rated 4.9 (not 4.6). Best place in Sarteano. Not to be missed.

05/11/2025: Don’t hesitate and just book the reservation. Incredible food, service, and atmosphere. Will be thinking about this meal for a long time. Their famous tortellini with smoked cream was good but the suckling pig pork belly is a must order if it’s on the menu.
