Very nice restaurant in a historic setting. Good food and excellent service.

The location is truly evocative, it takes you back in time. Tartare with egg mimosa and pici cacio pepe e lime were truly delicious. The bartender and the ladies at the counter were truly friendly and helpful! We'll definitely be back, a wonderful experience.

We had dinner at Chiostro Cennini and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant is located in a small town in the middle of Tuscany and is truly a hidden treasure. The patio where we dined is beautiful, surrounded by a divine structure that makes you feel like you're in an Italian movie. Dining there is a true pleasure. The service was impeccable. It coincided with a national holiday in Italy, and the restaurant was full, but they still reserved a table for us, waited for us, and served us with incredible warmth. The food exceeded all our expectations: we ordered a delicious eggplant starter, and although the potato millefeuille wasn't our favorite dish, everything else was spectacular. The pasta was the best of the evening: very tasty noodles with ragu, and especially the noodles with pepper and lime, which were a true revelation. That dish, in particular, was one of the best we've ever tasted, a unique and unforgettable combination of flavors. A place we didn't expect to be so good, but it truly surprised us and exceeded all our expectations. Without a doubt, a restaurant we'd recommend and would definitely return to. Very cozy restaurant in the old center of Sarteano in a beautiful old building, friendly service, good wine and delicious food.

We visited this little place two weeks ago with a couple of friends. It was a real discovery for us.... A truly charming and unique place inside, with an enchanting exterior (the cloister). It may seem small, but it hides charming nooks and crannies perfect for a romantic evening with your partner or a night out with friends. The restaurant is superb. The dishes are truly exquisite and beautiful. I personally had a tartare that was out of this world and a plate of traditional pici. To finish, a fresh raspberry and pineapple dessert. After dinner, you can move to the cloister to stay and chat over a nice drink.

A romantic, pleasant dinner in a unique setting. In the courtyard garden, a violin quartet entertained the audience below enjoying an aperitif and those in the upper arches dedicated to the restaurant. The food was good, but we only tried a few dishes despite the selection. The staff was friendly, albeit very busy. I'll gladly return.

The place is truly beautiful, renovated and very well cared for by the two young owners, with whom I had the pleasure of chatting. We ate very well, with reasonable wait times.

Cenare in un chiostro del 400 perfettamente restaurato è già tanta roba. Se poi a questo aggiungiamo il garbo e la professionalità della proprietaria e dei piatti validi e ben presentati, ecco che il gioco è fatto. Personalmente consiglierei i fegatini con panbrioches, il pollo croccante ma soprattutto il maialino al forno che ho trovato delizioso. I prezzi li trovo in linea sia con la location che con la qualità dei prodotti offerti. Particolarmente adatto a chi cerca un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. A presto.

Posto MERAVIGLIOSO, mi sono completamente innamorata. Sono tornata da poco dopo averci cenato, e darei anche più di 5 stelle se fosse possibile. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, cibo buonissimo. Dopo 33 anni finalmente sono riuscita a mangiare i pici per la prima volta nella mia vita! Solo una domanda, qual è la ricetta della zuppa del giorno di oggi (26 Aprile)? Ho bisogno di saperla in qualche modo 🤣 grazie ancora! Spero di poterci tornare un giorno.
