Beautiful evening, very elegant location.
We couldn't use the terrace because it threatened rain.
We had a wonderful dinner, everything delicious.
We were captivated by the music of master pianist Pino Portelli.
He proved to be a great talent, playing every piece requested by the room. We were all listening intently to this wonderful piano concert while enjoying the chef's delicious dishes.
Pino, thank you for honoring us with your presence at our table; you were extraordinary. We had never heard a musician so good that he kept us glued to our seats the entire evening.

We dined at this restaurant and it was an exceptional experience. The food was truly high quality, and the exquisite dishes fully satisfied our palates. The service was attentive and courteous.
The atmosphere was made special by the incredible pianist, Pino Portelli, whose melodies accompanied the dinner, creating a magical atmosphere. Highly recommended for those seeking an evening of haute cuisine and first-class piano entertainment.

We had dinner at this restaurant on our last day of vacation in Lipari.
It's a shame we didn't discover it sooner.
While walking with my family, we heard a piano playing.
A beautiful place just outside the town.
We had a divine dinner, with an incredible view from the lovely terrace.
The pianist, whom we thanked, was incredibly talented.
He played everything from Walt Disney to challenging jazz pieces.
It was an immense pleasure to enjoy the wonderful dishes accompanied by the fantastic music of Maestro Pino Portelli.
We'd like to share this experience on Google so others can share our wonderful emotions.

We visited the restaurant as part of our half-board stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was somewhat limited and not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Dinner consisted of a short menu with three starters and three main courses. The portions were extremely generous and almost impossible to finish. The food, however, was somewhat monotonous and at times bland. The wine selection was good. The desserts were also recommended.

We were seated inside so didn't get the benefit of the views. Food was average, service was hectic. They're mostly catering for the coach parties staying there in the hotel so it is all hands on deck at dinner time. But that makes it only average for visiting diners.

Chimera offers a truly remarkable culinary experience.
Each dish is a work of art, with the freshest ingredients and flavors blending beautifully, and the angel hair pasta is exquisite.
Excellent value for money.
The atmosphere is perfect, thanks also to pianist Pino Portelli, who, with his sophisticated, elegant music and perfect volume, manages to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The Mary Poppins music performed on the piano... AMAZING ❤️. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo degustato ben dieci piatti tutti ispirati da prodotti locali. Qualità altissima. I nostri ospiti sono rimasti entusiasti. Inoltre abbiamo bevuto una eccellente selezione di vini della cantina Garavaglio con il patron che descriveva i vini.
Da sottolineare l’attenzione ai dettagli da parte dello chef.
