A warm, family-friendly atmosphere, featuring truly traditional dishes and locally sourced ingredients. The owner is a delightful and friendly person, the staff is friendly, and the portions are enormous. I recommend making a reservation because the space is small and can seat no more than 25-30 people.

A very welcoming place, it feels like reliving the past and the typicality of the place, the place fully expresses the traditions and experience of the owner, a kind and sociable person. The various hot and cold appetizers are excellent, very abundant, the first courses are fragrant and rich in flavors, even the 15-month-old baby enjoyed them. The table service is very efficient, nothing was missing, excellent wine and finally even the desserts are all good. We will be back 😚 (Sicilian family table)

A quaint trattoria in the historic center of San Giovanni Rotondo serving typical local dishes.
A €35 fixed menu without having to ask what and when (otherwise the owner gets angry 🤣), with an abundance of food to the max, even takeaway.
The owner is very friendly and the waitress is very kind.
Table 3 of 18/08/24, those from Monopoli.
Highly recommended, see you soon.

I visited this restaurant recently and had an overall decent experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is courteous. The food was good and the portions were generous.
The bill was reasonable for the price, and there were no surprises. Overall, it's a place you can return to for a quiet lunch.

An excellent, typical San Giovanni Rotondo trattoria, it follows tradition in its skillful use of simple, high-quality ingredients. A unique place, far removed from the usual restaurant stereotypes... Once upon a time... that's how to describe the flavors we've tasted here. Highly recommended!

Located in the center, the place is nice. We had various appetizers, all good; the best was the bruschetta with a fava bean cream. The first courses were decent. The waiter was friendly, and the prices were fair.

We had a wonderful meal in an old-fashioned trattoria... friendly service and excellent food... but the real highlight was Pio's colorful stories. A great man with a love for people and food.

Excellent "authentic" village trattoria. Dishes are served in abundance and all very good, from the appetizers to everything else, right down to the dessert to finish. The only flaw: the abundance of everything!! 😪 The staff is extremely friendly and ready to accommodate any request. 👍👍
Characteristic place/ambience, well-located, a little cramped... but that's okay. 😁
