Chalet sul lago In Moncenisio

A little gem nestled in the Alps overlooking a lovely lake. The chalet is family-run, and you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Romina and Monica work tirelessly to ensure their guests are always happy. I've never seen so much attention and affection. Our room was small but had a truly beautiful terrace. There's no air conditioning, but despite the early August heat, it was incredibly cool. There are no mosquitoes, so sleeping with the balcony open and the curtains closed was enough. The cool breeze does the rest. The small lake is lovely, and the walk is truly pleasant. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and we were right. Everything was delicious and freshly cooked by Monica! Romina is truly a force of nature, exuding joy and enthusiasm. Breakfast was also excellent, with several of Monica's homemade cakes and biscuits. We stayed here for two nights, albeit separately. It was the first stop on our trip to Great Britain and the last. We had a wonderful time and would be delighted to return again. Highly recommended!

We're delighted to return to the Chalet. The staff is exceptional, like being part of the family. Everything is perfect: the rooms are welcoming and spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and caters to any dietary needs, and the surrounding area is fabulous! We'll be back as soon as we can. A wonderful and unexpected experience! I only booked one night at the chalet before moving on to France. It's a shame because it would have been nice to stay longer. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing. We had a wonderful dinner with authentic and tasty products. The breakfast was spectacular. We were truly sad to leave. I recommend a relaxing stay here with good food. We'll be back ❤️

The quality of the hotel thrives on honest simplicity and authenticity, as well as a passionate love of gastronomy and warm hospitality. There are places you never forget, not for the amount of things to do, but for what they make you feel. This hotel, overlooking an enchanting lake and surrounded only by silent woods, is one of those places. No noise, no crowds: just nature, the birdsong, and the profound calm that penetrates you. Untouched by mass tourism, it is a precious refuge where time seems to slow down. The only faces you encounter are those of the other guests, discreet and often seeking the same tranquility. One of the place's greatest treasures is the genuine kindness of one of the owners: welcoming, smiling, never intrusive, capable of making you feel at home from the first moment. And then there's the food, cooked with care and simplicity, with genuine ingredients and flavors that speak of tradition. The braised beef I ate here will remain an indelible memory for me: tender, fragrant, enveloping, one of those dishes that warm the heart. A rare place where you can rediscover the sense of what is essential.

The place is magnificent 🤩 with beautiful, well-decorated rooms and a lovely garden. Romina's warm welcome is attentive to all your requests to ensure you enjoy your stay. Her sister prepares the delicious meals using local produce. For breakfast, there's homemade savory and sweet options with plenty of choices!!! Hotel ubicato in un luogo bellissimo. Camere belle e pulite. Colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi fatti in casa. Il ristorante propone una cucina curata e ben fatta. Personale gentile e disponibile.
