12/11/2025: Superb, friendly owners, spacious room, magnificent view, excellent meals, thank you, we had a very pleasant stay.

20/05/2026: After a morning spent wandering the woods and waterfalls, at 1:30 PM I can't find anything to eat. But then, at 2:00 PM, I pass Ramasse and it's open. I try to go in (expecting to be told the kitchen is already closed), but instead they let me sit down. The place is small but tasteful. There's not a lot of seating, but the service is excellent and everything is very relaxing. They're very kind and helpful. But above all, the food is divine. There's not a lot of choice... true... but whatever you choose is quality. If you're in the area, give it a try.
16/04/2026: This is the place to be if you go up from Valle di Susa up in the mountains! The traditional polenta is served with different local food in an authentic gourmet style. The owner has very good recommendations for wines. The ambiance is traditional and very tasteful for this mountain village of Moncenisio at the border between Italy and France. The scenery around La Ramasse is stunning and plan gorgeous

13/04/2025: Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante per puro caso e ci siamo mangiati polenta, bevuto un ottimo barbera e mangiato dolci fatti in casa, il proprietario persona competente e gentilissima, sempre pronto a spiegare ogni dettaglio...ci torneremo sicuramente!
02/02/2025: In un posto meraviglioso come il piccolo comune di Moncenisio,ad un passo dal lago,si trova questa piccola polenteria a condensazione familiare .
Location piccola,raccolta e molto calorosa(grazie allo stile baita,al camino scoppiettante e ai titolari gentilissimi e sorridenti).
Polenta come protagonista,ma più ricercata nella tipologia e nei condimenti(non polenta da piola).
Polenta bianca o al sugo con salsiccia,con bagnacauda o concia alla toma blu.
Possibilità di gustare prima un tagliere o un antipasto(che varia a seconda della stagione).
Non c'è la possibilità di bere a calice o sfuso ma bottiglie di vino che vengono date al cliente a fine pranzo con il rimanente.
La cosa che forse ho apprezzato di più è il titolare che ti racconta ciò che stai per mangiare.
Una di quelle chicche che i mega ristoranti anonimi non offrono(e forse lì..meno male).
