Good local meat quality. Service is chaotic but always emphatic. Be patient and flexible and everything will be served. Delicious sweets of the house. Good value for money to spend an evening in the internal area of Vieste. Original and accurate ambience to have dinner in the large garden. Booking higly recommended.

We went last night. Lovely place, attentive and kind staff. We ate a good tartare, two first courses and bombette with potatoes. Everything really excellent. My first course, burnt wheat orecchiette with broad bean, bacon and pecorino, truly delicious. I read the pizza menu and it seemed really interesting. I will happily return.

Loving and atmospheric restaurant. In the middle of old olive trees. Beautifully decorated. Very nice reception. The food was very tasty and exceptionally well prepared. Various steaks to choose from the meat fridge. Top quality. A clear recommendation for this family-run restaurant.❤️

A little tidy place, but quality food and fantastic location. Just what you need to get away from the crowds of tourists in the city centre.

I went to this place with my husband during our holiday in Vieste. We hadn't booked, but we still managed to sit because we went around 8.30pm and reservations were from 10.00pm onwards. The location is very nice, among olive trees and soft lights, the service was prompt and attentive and the food is really good. As appetizers we took the platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by local honey and a pepper and chilli jam made by them and it was really excellent, and the bruschetta, obviously also very good, then we continued with the chicory with cream of white beans, a well-executed typical dish. The first courses were also excellent, we both chose orecchiette, but with different seasonings and both satisfied us. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of Manduria red. Prices are normal and proportionate to the quality and quantity of the food. For me it deserves 5 stars.

Lo Chalet degli Ulivi è una struttura ubicata a ridosso delle campagne antistanti il lungo mare Mattei di Vieste. Una location ricercata e curata, un luogo che sin dal primo momento mi ha trasmesso l'anima della proprietà. È evidente già all'ingresso la cura dei dettagli ma soprattutto l'accoglienza dello staff assolutamente professionale e dedito alla massima disponibilità. Con la mia famiglia ho visitato questo Ristorante/Pizzeria in due occasioni e, appunto,.in entrambe ho potuto degustare le ottime pizze proposte all'interno del menù. Impasto morbido, cornicione nella "norma" e cottura assolutamente non aggressiva, in forno a legna, sono, a mio avviso, il valore aggiunto del prodotto che è condito con prodotti di elevata qualità. Lo Chalet, non è solo pizza però, è un locale in grado di offrire una scelta anche di carni eccellenti, nonché tagli ricercati. Ottime le birre artigianali proposte, i prezzi assolutamente equilibrati alla qualità dell'offerta culinaria che ripeto è eccellente! Pizza davvero molto buona, in un locale molto bello. Servizio abbastanza rapido per essere di sabato sera. Peccato solo ci abbiano portato le patatine fritte quasi in contemporanea con le pizze.
