Quality food and products, each element blends perfectly, making the dishes surprising and original, from the first course to the dessert. Characteristic and charming location, also equipped with parking. Friendly, helpful and kind staff. No "off" notes. We were totally satisfied, we hope to be able to return in the future.

Chalet degli Ulivi turned out to be an excellent choice for a lunch of good food and relaxation. The setting is enchanting and the cuisine deserves a special mention. We highly recommend it for a regenerating lunch break!

The restaurant was recommended to us locally and that was a very good recommendation. Very tasty food (especially the Terramisu (!)) and very friendly waiters make the Osteria an absolutely worthwhile destination.
Beautiful restaurant just outside Vieste. The name is apt as the restaurant is surrounded by olive trees. Nice outdoor space. The interior is reminiscent of a mountain chalet. The prices are perhaps a little above average, but the quality of the raw materials more than justifies it. Kindness and courtesy of the staff out of the ordinary. The only flaw, €2.50 cover charge per person I find it a bit excessive. In any case, absolutely recommended.

Beautiful place, superbly friendly and attentive staff, the food was generally excellent but the meat dishes disappointed us a little due to the portions, the temperature at which they were served and the quality of the pieces.
