Magical place in Vieste.
A few steps from the seafront, a magical and beautiful place.
It is worth visiting the Chalet degli ulivi even just for the location. Olive trees everywhere, refined furnishings, attention to detail.
We had the pizza, excellent Neapolitan dough with a high edge (very soft!) and a thin interior. Above average desserts, their "Terramisù" really special in the earthenware jar.
It is really worth it.

Hidden gem! In the olive grove a very atmospheric restaurant. Excellent menu, nice and affordable dishes. Very idyllic, especially when the sun goes down.

The staff was reluctant to sit down, we waited a long time to order. There was probably only one person in charge of orders. We wanted to leave slowly but in the end we ordered. The pizza was delicious and the speed of preparation pleasantly surprised us and compensated for such a long wait. Finally we tried the tiramisu and it was the best tiramisu we have ever eaten. I recommend trying it, a really great experience. The surroundings of the place look very forgotten. However, the place itself is beautiful how it is lit.

Deliziosa cena in mezzo alla pace di alberi d'ulivo. Personale molto attento e per la maggior parte decisamente apprezzabile. Naturale che ci sia sempre qualcuno che si distingue per carenza di empatia...
Menù minimal, molto apprezzato perché spesso nel troppo ci si perde. Piatti curati, abbondanti e veramente molto, molto buoni.

Bellissimo ristorante appena fuori Vieste. Il nome è azzeccatissimo in quanto il ristorante è in campagna, circondato dagli ulivi. Bello lo spazio esterno, sicuramente godibilissimo nelle serate estive. L'intorno ricorda molto gli chalèt di montagna. I prezzi un pò sopra la media, ma la qualità delle materie prime lo giustifica ampiamente. Personale di sala gentilissimo ed attento. Valore aggiunto indubbiamente. Unico neo, € 2,50 di coperto a persona sono forse un pò eccessivo. In ogni caso, consigliatissimo.
