Beautiful interior and exterior, Nice atmosphere, Welcoming and efficient staff Superlative pizza! Spectacular desserts!

We ended up here by chance and immediately fell in love with the place, the people, the food and the love that can be seen in every detail. I was moved by reading the first page of the Menü, I was moved by the humility of these great men and women who proudly carry on an activity that gives a lot but also takes a lot away. And I fell madly in love with Mr. Fedele who even gifted me with his olives and a jar of pear-quince jam! Mr Fedele the jam was fantastic. Thanks to Domenico who, despite all the work, dedicated some of his time to us and thanks ♥️ to Francesco who served us impeccably. Fun, professional, personable and attentive. We were on holiday for 6 days and 2 evenings we decided to book this wonderful place. It's a shame we didn't get to know him sooner to go back a third time! A beautiful garden, excellent service and what about the dishes? We were speechless!! A place to absolutely recommend!

Very nice restaurant with a great outdoor area. Unfortunately, some of the service employees were a bit arrogant. The food was ok, but not a highlight, a little more spice, herbs and flavor would have been good for every dish.

We were there one evening in June because I liked the place seeing it from the photos on the internet and I must say that everything was confirmed positively, very very beautiful place surrounded by nature with a very very pleasant unique atmosphere, we ate very well from the two very good first courses, then with the meat which was served to us in an impeccable and very professional manner which was also very good, then the desserts and finally a good rum served with rum glasses and dark chocolate which are not always a given! Really beautiful place that I would absolutely recommend

We ended our holidays eating in this place...what can I say...superlative...excellent food.excellent craft beers...fast and attentive service...we had two dogs and they also provided us with a bowl of water for them...and this is already worth an extra star...it's a shame that we live far away because otherwise we would go back...but you never know...it's a shame that there are only 5 stars, they deserve more

Lo Chalet degli Ulivi è una struttura ubicata a ridosso delle campagne antistanti il lungo mare Mattei di Vieste. Una location ricercata e curata, un luogo che sin dal primo momento mi ha trasmesso l'anima della proprietà. È evidente già all'ingresso la cura dei dettagli ma soprattutto l'accoglienza dello staff assolutamente professionale e dedito alla massima disponibilità. Con la mia famiglia ho visitato questo Ristorante/Pizzeria in due occasioni e, appunto,.in entrambe ho potuto degustare le ottime pizze proposte all'interno del menù. Impasto morbido, cornicione nella "norma" e cottura assolutamente non aggressiva, in forno a legna, sono, a mio avviso, il valore aggiunto del prodotto che è condito con prodotti di elevata qualità. Lo Chalet, non è solo pizza però, è un locale in grado di offrire una scelta anche di carni eccellenti, nonché tagli ricercati. Ottime le birre artigianali proposte, i prezzi assolutamente equilibrati alla qualità dell'offerta culinaria che ripeto è eccellente!
