Everything was excellent, from the first courses to the desserts and sandwiches, with reasonable prices, friendly staff, a lovely, warm, and welcoming atmosphere, close to the ski and cross-country ski lifts...

A restaurant right on the slopes, at the base of the slopes, serving simple yet tasty dishes. Good value for money. What surprised me was that despite there being no table service and the long queue, everything, from receipt to food pickup, was handled fairly quickly. The place was crowded (January 1st), so some difficulty finding a table is to be expected, but a more than positive experience.

This year, the staff seemed friendlier than last year. They have a wide selection of food, but for the prices, I find the dishes a bit modest...especially the dishes with fries, they could use a little more.

Really nice place for refreshments. Staff are excellent, efficient and super friendly. Prices are cheapest in the village, this family also own Bar Centro, and its right at the bottom of the red run. Ski right to the door ! Cracking place, can get busy, but I love it as its just easy ....not fussy and involved . Go every year, 10/10 from me. Nick.

03/01/2026: A very charming, intimate, and comfortable location. The menu is practically zero-miles, with traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist. The wine list is distinctly Valtellina-style, ranging from the most famous producers to emerging ones. Attentive service. The price is in line with the quality of the ingredients.
27/12/2025: Gourmand type family owned restaurant in a little village. Courses are fine tubed and delicious. Only local wines but if good verity.

05/03/2026: We stopped here en route to Livigno, there was nowhere else to go at the last minute. And their food.... is simply subliminal! Yummiest Valtellina cuisine I've had so far. I'll definitely be back again, the staff is simply to sweet! Just 3 little tips for potential customers: -Book pizzoccheri well in advance, if you wanna try them. They prepare them on demand and fresh from scratch. -It's primarily open for lunchtime, so plan your timing accordingly. -Learn Italian. This place isn't tourist trap non-sense, so you'll experience the real deal ;)
