Yesterday my husband and I chose Panevo restaurant for our wedding anniversary. The restaurant is located in Paveno hotel, this is the first time we came here and we were really impressed by the sophistication, professionalism and care of all the staf. They happened to know that we came here for the anniversary so they offered a cake and we were very surprised. About the food, everything was carefully decorated, beautiful. We really like the pasta here, it can be said that it is very simple but super delicious. we will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

A new place that could certainly surprise, perhaps I didn't choose well, but the starter didn't excite me while the first course was valid. I think with The Fork's 4% discount it's definitely worth another try. The location inside the hotel was relaxing and some details aimed at starred restaurants such as sweet mignon offered were a good way to say goodbye.

PanEvo is the restaurant of the 5-star hotel The Westin Palace Milan located in the Repubblica area, and is contextualized in a refined environment with very kind and friendly staff, especially FILIPPO who served and accompanied us in everything with great care. In symbiosis with the characteristic and evocative atmosphere based on plays of light and shadows, the dinner was no exception; paccheri with octopus sauce very good and the turbot also good. But, I must say, that the dish that struck us the most and that even my mother ate, a woman who is very critical of cooking, especially desserts, given that she herself works alongside a starred chef for a family, is precisely the millefeuille with chestnut cream, vanilla persimmon sorbet and cooked must freshly prepared by the Pastry Chef MICHELLE, a versatile 25-year-old young lady who until recently worked for Carlo Cracco, the best €12 spent for a sweet, balanced and sublime. Highly recommended restaurant and hotel!

Birthday dinner with attention to the smallest details, traditional Milanese menu executed to perfection, kitchen staff led by chef Moris LaGreca who definitely knows his stuff, we were delighted from start to finish (generous portions, we left rolling) . Elegant and suffused atmosphere, very attentive service. A perfect restaurant for special occasions, let yourself be guided and you will not be disappointed!

What a wonderful evening spent! The servers were friendly, attentive and attentive to their customers. My friend was even able to order a truffle pasta dish, not listed on the menu, with two grams of truffles, just for her. Royal!

Very pleasant evening, excellent food, very professional, friendly and passionate waiters. A plus for details such as the tastings of refined oils ("dark oil" and "smoke oil") accompanied by a homemade 5-cereal sandwich and for the sweets at the end of dinner.
The environment is also very positive, intimate, elegant and welcoming at the same time.
