Casale Drinzi In Collesano

This review is about the restaurant. We visited Casale Drinzi for lunch for the second time on Saturday, after having been there for dinner two years ago. It met my expectations with fast and friendly service. This time, we had a little girl just under two years old with us, who was promptly offered a high chair and a pasta dish with tomato sauce. We had two appetizers (carpaccio of picana and fried mushrooms with mayonnaise and truffle), two first courses (ravioli with pumpkin and artichoke cream, and a cacio e pepe with truffle). We then shared a second course (pork with herbs). A glass of wine each, plus water, liqueur, and coffee. All for €83. Everything was delicious; now I can't wait to return for the spring menu! The place is also easy to find, except that Google Maps, as usual, makes things a little complicated.

Friendly and professional staff, a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, and delicious food featuring typical Collesano specialties made with quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Great attention to food intolerances: the waiters ask each table if anyone has any allergies. The wine selection is delightful: a house-bottled Nero d'Avola that has obtained the DOC (Controlled Designation of Origin) label, soooo good! Kudos to the owners for opening this wonderful pizzeria/restaurant. I highly recommend it; you'll thank me later!

A corner of paradise surrounded by greenery, perfect for those seeking authentic, high-quality cuisine. We also chose this restaurant for our wedding reception, and the experience was memorable. The cuisine is delicious and superb in its simplicity: each dish showcases fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The meat, in particular, is excellent. A welcoming atmosphere, a familiar and intimate atmosphere, and attentive staff complete an experience we highly recommend to anyone seeking fine dining in a relaxing and enchanting setting.

An excellent gastronomic experience! I recently visited Casale Drinzi and can highly recommend this restaurant. I had a wonderful meal, with a perfectly cooked tomahawk steak, tender and flavorful, and impeccably served. The house wine was also a pleasant surprise: full-bodied, balanced, and perfect with the meat. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service attentive and friendly. All this at a truly excellent value: you can feel the attention to quality, without being overpriced. I will definitely be back! Congratulations to the entire staff.

After spending a few days in the area, everyone recommended it to us, so we dined there on our last night. Friendly and friendly staff. A welcoming place surrounded by greenery. The menu offers many options; the house cured meats are recommended for appetizers. We tried the main courses. Everything was excellent.

We are currently staying just outside Collesano and was looking on TA for our first meal in Sicily…..Casale Drizini did not disappoint. The food was delicious and plentiful, the staff were really attentive and the view with the amazing sunset topped it off. Think we paid about €68 for a starter, main and alcoholic drink for two. We were also provided with a taster of their lemoncello and chocolate liqueur which were also amazing. I would highly recommend Casale Drizini and suspect we will be heading back there at some point over the next few days. Can’t wait!!

Het is een heel familiaire gezellig restaurant waar je in een warm bad terecht komt. Het eten is van optimale kwaliteit en het personeel voelt aan alsof je daar al jaren over de vloer komt. Zeer vriendelijk. Ze hebben hun eigen wijnen, olijfolie, likeuren en nog veel meer. Absoluut de moeite waard!
