A delightful indoor and outdoor venue, complemented by excellent and varied cuisine. Gianluca and his team have never disappointed me, either in terms of the quality or the fair price of their food.

We had a wonderful meal at Casale Drinzi! Everything was excellent, from appetizers to desserts. The dishes are prepared with top quality ingredients, well presented and with a perfect balance of flavors. The quality-price ratio is truly surprising: it is difficult to find better! The location is beautiful and well-kept, welcoming and ideal for a pleasant culinary experience. The service was also impeccable: kind, attentive and professional staff. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

An excellent gastronomic experience! I was recently at Casale Drinzi and I can only highly recommend this restaurant. I ate very well, with a tomahawk cooked to perfection, tender and tasty, served impeccably. The house wine was also a pleasant surprise: full-bodied, balanced and perfect to accompany the meat. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service attentive and friendly. All this with a truly excellent quality-price ratio: you can feel the attention to quality, without excessive costs. I will definitely be back! Compliments to all the staff.

On the occasion of a happy event, we chose this enchanting restaurant, in a simply breathtaking geographical position. From the first moment, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, in an atmosphere that perfectly combined elegance and familiarity. The lunch lived up to expectations - indeed, it exceeded them! Each course was taken care of in the smallest details: authentic flavors, very fresh ingredients and abundant portions, which left everyone fully satisfied. From appetizer to dessert, each dish told a story of passion and tradition. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive but never intrusive. A special thanks goes to the owner, an exquisite person, always present with discretion, thoughtful and sincerely interested in the well-being of the guests. We will definitely return, and we enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking not only for excellent cuisine, but also for an experience to remember.

Saturday night I was in what is a place of my heart. A place where the certainty of quality and refined food (but not too much) is associated with the beauty of nature as a backdrop, the kind and discreet attention of the owner and for some time the presence of Marta. Marta who takes care of every single customer with care and always with a smile. I will return, of course! Rosanna F.

We are currently staying just outside Collesano and was looking on TA for our first meal in Sicily…..Casale Drizini did not disappoint. The food was delicious and plentiful, the staff were really attentive and the view with the amazing sunset topped it off. Think we paid about €68 for a starter, main and alcoholic drink for two. We were also provided with a taster of their lemoncello and chocolate liqueur which were also amazing. I would highly recommend Casale Drizini and suspect we will be heading back there at some point over the next few days. Can’t wait!!

At 15:15 looking for something to eat. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed but the nicest Polish/Italian waitress still arranged something simple for us. She also advised us for the local ice cream dessert which was great
