Highly recommended if you're looking for a restaurant that showcases local products and cares about quality. I had the pleasure of celebrating my wedding at Casale Drinzi, and Gianluca, an excellent host, met all our requests and expectations. He took care of everything, from the organization of the room to the decorations. The staff was super professional and attentive, taking care of every table. The chef who came to greet us was impeccable, making us a great impression, with our guests often even asking for seconds. Furthermore, the restaurant is constantly evolving, improving its spaces and spaces specifically designed for events of this kind. Congratulations again to everyone for the excellent work!!

Great food. Waitress was lovely and was so helpful as well don't speak much Italian. She made our experience there better. Food at this place was lovely, a good selection of food and drink. Definitely worth a visit. A+++

We had an extraordinary time at Casale Drinzi in Collesano. We stayed for about three hours and enjoyed every minute - the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely exquisite—beautifully presented, made with high-quality local ingredients, just incredibly delicious. Every dish was served properly and with care. Prices were definitely reasonable for the quality offered. The restaurant is located a tad outside Collesano and is very easy to reach, only a short drive up from Cefalù. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience.

This review is about the restaurant. We visited Casale Drinzi for lunch for the second time on Saturday, after having been there for dinner two years ago. It met my expectations with fast and friendly service. This time, we had a little girl just under two years old with us, who was promptly offered a high chair and a pasta dish with tomato sauce. We had two appetizers (carpaccio of picana and fried mushrooms with mayonnaise and truffle), two first courses (ravioli with pumpkin and artichoke cream, and a cacio e pepe with truffle). We then shared a second course (pork with herbs). A glass of wine each, plus water, liqueur, and coffee. All for €83. Everything was delicious; now I can't wait to return for the spring menu! The place is also easy to find, except that Google Maps, as usual, makes things a little complicated.
