I haven't eaten this well in a long time. The service was excellent. Absolutely recommend it.

After spending a few days in the area, everyone recommended it to us, so we dined there on our last night. Friendly and friendly staff. A welcoming place surrounded by greenery. The menu offers many options; the house cured meats are recommended for appetizers. We tried the main courses. Everything was excellent.

An awesome dinner on our last night in Sicily - so pleased we made the trip from Cefalu. Our favourite meal experience of the holiday. Knock out food, exceptional service, incredibly knowledgeable, fun, kind team who went out of their way for us. Massively recommend all the food - ragu pasta, caponata, slow cooked pork, tomato and mushroom salads, and the coffee! On leaving we realised we had a flat tyre (11pm)….within five mins the owner, one of the waiters and a local customer were changing our tyre and had us en route home! Couldn’t recommend enough! Full of diners on a Tuesday evening, who seemed local/regulars. Bustling the whole evening. We’d love to visit again to stay and try lunch. Must visit!

It's been our "oasis of peace" surrounded by greenery for some time now. We just celebrated our wedding at the farmhouse, and what can I say...everything was impeccable and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The entire staff, each with their own role, made every moment authentic, starting with the cuisine, service, rooms, and attention to detail throughout the venue! Each dish was a riot of aromas, colors, and simple, authentic ingredients that made our menu a hit with all our guests! Recommended for anyone who wants to spend a beautiful day immersed in nature and enjoying the delicious food of the Madonie region.

An unforgettable Sicilian experience! Dining at Casale Drinzi is a total and exceptional experience of authentic Sicilian cuisine. From the very first dish to the incredible lamb chops and picanha we had, every bite was delicious, rooted, and truly authentic. The service and staff are outstanding – warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The owner himself oversees every detail with great care, ensuring both the food and service maintain the highest quality. This is not just a meal, it’s a journey into the heart of Sicily. Everything was perfect! Food, service, and ambiance! Very friendly service, which was surprised by the large number of visitors today due to the rain (served 40 people alone – and it was perfect!), courteous, friendly, humorous, and professional. Thank you!

We didn't stay overnight, but ate here. Therefore, the five stars for the room apply to the food instead. First, the location. We saw the restaurant by chance the day before while driving by. The lighting in the evening was so impressive that we decided to stop there the next day. We arrived right on time at 7:00 p.m. and were able to enjoy the fantastic view with the sunset. A wonderful play of colors that changed every minute. The service was as first-class as the location. In addition to a waitress who spoke fluent English, there was also a waitress who spoke German. The meal was the third part, and was in no way inferior to the previous two. The entire ambiance was so chic, and when we got our food, we were so full that we didn't even think to take pictures. I had the stuffed peppers for starters, and I highly recommend them, and the mushroom and potato soup for the first course. For the second course, we had the sliced ​​veal fillet. All in all, a very successful evening with prices that are absolutely reasonable compared to a major German city like Hamburg.

We are currently staying just outside Collesano and was looking on TA for our first meal in Sicily…..Casale Drizini did not disappoint. The food was delicious and plentiful, the staff were really attentive and the view with the amazing sunset topped it off. Think we paid about €68 for a starter, main and alcoholic drink for two. We were also provided with a taster of their lemoncello and chocolate liqueur which were also amazing. I would highly recommend Casale Drizini and suspect we will be heading back there at some point over the next few days. Can’t wait!!

Het is een heel familiaire gezellig restaurant waar je in een warm bad terecht komt. Het eten is van optimale kwaliteit en het personeel voelt aan alsof je daar al jaren over de vloer komt. Zeer vriendelijk. Ze hebben hun eigen wijnen, olijfolie, likeuren en nog veel meer. Absoluut de moeite waard!
