A top-quality restaurant, using only local products, from tomatoes and mozzarella for the pizzas to vegetables and oils for the other dishes. Homemade pasta is topped with premium cheeses. All this on a panoramic terrace, where the aromas of mushrooms, truffles, and the grilled meats await. The fried cassatina caps off an excellent dinner, but the cherry on top goes to Ciccio and Giusy, without whom we would have had less fun.

I had dinner on Tuesday evening, a movie-like location, tranquility, pure air, the smell of the Madonie mountains, impeccable service, food for true connoisseurs, I will return without hesitation.

Fantastic. Delicious dishes with fresh pasta. A large restaurant with ample parking and seating inside or out. We sat at the top, overlooking the sea. Beautiful!

A culinary gem in Sicily – absolutely worth the trip! We came to Casale Drinzi three times in just four days – that alone says a lot. The food is everything you hope for in Italian cuisine: authentic, full of flavor, and deeply rooted in local tradition. Their homemade pasta – especially the white ragù and the cacio e pepe with truffle – was simply perfect. They also serve excellent grilled meats, like tender pork ribs and dry-aged regional cuts that are full of flavor and expertly prepared. Everything is freshly made, with many ingredients coming straight from their own production – including their wonderful olive oil and homemade limoncello. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the new terrace offers a breathtaking view – especially at sunset. If you’re staying in Cefalù, do yourself a favor and make the trip up here. Just be sure to reserve in advance!

We are currently staying just outside Collesano and was looking on TA for our first meal in Sicily…..Casale Drizini did not disappoint. The food was delicious and plentiful, the staff were really attentive and the view with the amazing sunset topped it off. Think we paid about €68 for a starter, main and alcoholic drink for two. We were also provided with a taster of their lemoncello and chocolate liqueur which were also amazing. I would highly recommend Casale Drizini and suspect we will be heading back there at some point over the next few days. Can’t wait!!
