One of the best Italian meals of my life. Perfect pasta, wonderful rabbit, amazing tripe. That’s a phenomenal place.

A guarantee. I've known this restaurant for over ten years, and it never disappoints. Located in Dolceacqua's main square, it offers an eclectic atmosphere with retro touches and modern, designer items, and offers both culinary and decorative items for purchase. The menu features traditional dishes as well as seasonal twists. The staff is friendly and engaging. The service is excellent.

A warm welcome and very pleasant staff took the time to explain the entire menu despite the restaurant being full. A beautiful plate, a generous portion, and everything was excellent. A very pleasant establishment.

We had a wonderful experience at Casa Bottega. The service was very heartfelt. One of the waiters went around to all the tables to say goodbye when he finished his shift, which was sweet. When we couldn’t decide between three desserts, the waitress suggested adding torta stroscia to the gelato we chose, which was a thoughtful gesture. The food was excellent. The spaghetti vongole was delicious (maybe a bit too oily), the tagliata di vitellone was superb, and the desserts were delightful. We had ricotta gelato and michetta in crème caramel, with the added torta stroscia alongside the gelato. The wine was good, and the plates and glasses, which are an important detail for me was good. When I felt a bit chilly they offered me a blanket, which I always appreciate because I don’t like eating when I feel cold. We paid €110 in total for two 1/4 liters of wine (one red and one white), two spaghetti vongole, one tagliata, two desserts, two coffees, one amaro, and water. We also bought torta stroscia to take home for €6. I highly recommend and we will definitely return next summer.
