Everything was excellent, starting with the courtesy of the owner Mrs. Carletto. The first courses (linguine with seafood and spaghetti with cuttlefish ink) are very good, as is the second course (swordfish rolls). Good service and environment. We will return when we are in that area again.

Siamo ritornati per la quarta volta e non si rimane mai delusi dalla bontà dei prodotti e dalla qualità del servizio , alla buona ma molto professionale. Bravi.

A characteristic place, I believe it is a point of reference in Sant'Agata di Militello. I had the opportunity to eat an octopus salad as a starter and a grilled fish for a second course. What a show, what a wonder. The best!!!

Nice place on the seafront of Sant'Agata di Militello. The fish grilled by the impeccable Carletto is excellent. The swordfish rolls are special. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff.

Ristorante situato sul lungomare con grill all'ingresso dove Carletto cucina dell'ottimo pesce. Abbiamo mangiato la grigliata mista di pesce con i superbi involtini di pesce spada, todani, gamberoni. L'accoglienza la fa la signora Pina che ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua. Subito dopo l'ordinazione ti arriva una focaccia offeta dalla casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da ritornarci.

07/01/2025: The place appears well looked after. I tried the classic room with a very nice terrace! The spa has everything except the cold water tub... the only flaw is there are too many people and it creates confusion! The 30 minute massage is very relaxing... the only flaw is that they only have one person for the massages. Very good and plentiful dinner and breakfast, drinks excluded unfortunately! The staff seems to be a bit distracted and slow. I highly recommend trying the Quad tour as they are powerful enough for the route... Duration varies from one to two hours!
