First time here. The swordfish rolls were divine, fabulous, and delicious. The pizza was excellent, with good dough and ingredients. The penne all'arrabbiata was delicious... Slightly disappointed by the linguine alla marinara. Overall, an excellent dinner, friendly staff. I'll definitely be back.

We arrived just before 8:00 PM and the place was still empty, with only a few tables outside occupied. They seated us right away, even without a reservation, but I noticed a certain pressure from the staff, as if they were trying to force us to order right away to free up the table as quickly as possible. Other than that, the food is excellent, especially the grilled food by boss Carletto, a real treat. I couldn't resist trying the swordfish rolls, and I was right: they were divine. A little pricey, but worth it. The place has an endless array of outdoor tables and a few indoor ones, but it's always best to book because it fills up quickly. The fish is excellent. The owner at the cash register was very professional and polite, and even offered us coffee and a liqueur. Street parking near the place is a bit difficult to find if you arrive late.

Carletto is very good. The food is good and the people are always kind. The pizzas are good, but the fish is out of this world!

A place I've known since I was little. I've always been treated well—whether I've gone with my parents, aunts and uncles, friends, cousins, or alone—and the food is delicious. I think the prices aren't outrageous. The waiters rush to serve, and the chef cooks/grills with passion, jokes, and is always welcoming. It's always a place I gladly return to when I'm in the area. It's a place where I truly relax. In my opinion, the swordfish rolls are unbeatable, and they deserve to list them as a specialty on the menu.

We discovered this place because it was recommended by others. It's very welcoming, and the service was very fast. Both the pizza and grilled fish were delicious!! The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended! I also recommend the gelato at their bar next door!!

This is so good! Friendly and helpful service. An extensive menu and reasonable prices. The passion with which the meat and fish dishes are grilled outdoors exudes genuine passion. If you're in the area, you can't miss this restaurant.

Sul lungo mare di S.agata di militello, Mangiare buono, personale gentile e accogliente. Ti fanno sentire a casa. Consiglio a tutti di fare una tappa da carletto!

Nel complesso buono prezzi non troppo alti l’unica problematica che ho riscontrato nel nostro tavolo era presente una persona allergica al pesce e il personale ci ha garantito che la bistecca ordinata sarebbe stata fatta in una griglia a parte coincidenza, La brace è fuori dal locale e si vede tutto. Abbiamo visto inserire la bistecca a fianco del pesce, quindi automaticamente la carne si è contaminata meno male che ce ne siamo accorti, se no sarebbe stata veramente una brutta giornata.
