Once we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome that, despite the winter, cheered us up. Matching the warm welcome and cheerfulness of the staff, the meticulously prepared dishes arrived, perfectly cooked and flavorful, far beyond the norm, all topped off by a staff that was more than present, helpful, and above all, friendly. Highly recommended; the chef's skill at grilling is indescribable.

We went last night to this beautiful restaurant recommended by Fabrizio from Area 51. We had a wonderful time, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was top notch. We felt right at home, if not better! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wonderful people!

An excellent restaurant for dining with family and/or friends. The place is beautiful, located in a spectacular location, easily accessible for the disabled, and offers a beautiful sea view. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the owners are excellent and very friendly. If you're in Sant'Agata di Militello, I recommend everyone come here and try their exquisite dishes.

Carletto in Sant'Angela di Militello was a truly pleasant experience. Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the service, and, of course, the food. Among the dishes, the swordfish rolls stand out, a true house specialty: tender, flavorful, and grilled. A delicacy truly worth trying.

26/01/2026: We're used to pizzas with thick crusts, the ones that look beautiful but are full of chemicals. Here you have the opportunity to eat healthily—a concept that hasn't yet been fully applied to pizza. Many people probably don't even understand what they're eating. Pizza is a masterpiece. Both delicious and healthy. Many compliments, truly. Pump up the marketing! Tell people what they're eating! Educate them! You're creating a revolution! Well done, well done, well done!
